Very Clean!
Had to pay for breakfast.
We recently hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner, for 40 guests, in the banquet room at the Hilton Garden Inn – Wooster, OH, and it was absolutely perfect. The entire experience set a wonderful tone for the wedding weekend.

Laney helped us rebook our 3rd part reservation, I booked it for the wrong dates and she was patient and kind as we worked though it for us to be able to stay at the correct dates. I can appreciate it as we travel for work and needed a nice place to stay.
I was disappointed that the bar and restaurant was closed for the weekend. I didn't realize that breakfast wasn't free
We walked in after a long day of driving and after a few minutes, was welcomed by a friendly face! We were able to get a room without a problem. The super friendly woman at the desk recognized that we were exhausted and gave us a room away from the elevator in order to relax and sleep. The room was clean and the a/c-once we looked at the thermostat-was cranking. The water was hot and the bathroom spotless. I love the new bath products by the way. Should have the liquid hand soap by the sink but that’s just an idea!
Araenae was very helpful as was the entire staff! This was a clean comfortable and relaxing environment for our team and clients. If using the Gazebo room I suggest requesting that the temperature be turned down the night before as the HVAC system could not keep up once we were all gathered. Since we are headquartered in Wooster we intend to book again.
Not providing coffee water without a charge
The coffee in the lobby was not taken care of or restocked
Couldn’t eat supper in house Saturday as the kitchen was closed
The restrooms were not senior friendly! Low toilets and having to step over a tub without convenient grab bars outside the tub!
Other places offer free breakfast
One ad said free breakfast but it wasn’t!
Charging for 2 waters for coffee
The coffee in the lobby wasn’t kept stocked

Araenae Canfield did a great job organizing our small group event. She made sure everything was in order for us and ready. Her organization was exceptional. Tracy did a superb job serving and cooking our meal.

This was the first time that I have ever heard of a hotel that did not offer a complimentary minimal fee breakfast such as do it your self waffles or sausage and biscuits or cereal
For $200 a night it was pretty sad
No, we did not have reservations. They had rooms available. But I have never been turned away because of a 5-night minimum. I can see 2, especially on weekends. But 5???
The woman at the desk was definitely not customer service oriented. Three other hotels, some booked, some with only 1 smoking room left. All of the people were very nice and helpful. This woman acted like we had some contagious disease
