The overall stay was great
Pros:

I was disappointed that the bar and restaurant was closed for the weekend. I didn't realize that breakfast wasn't free

Great Meeting
Pros:

Araenae was very helpful as was the entire staff! This was a clean comfortable and relaxing environment for our team and clients. If using the Gazebo room I suggest requesting that the temperature be turned down the night before as the HVAC system could not keep up once we were all gathered. Since we are headquartered in Wooster we intend to book again.

Couldn’t eat supper in house Saturday as the kitchen was closed
The restrooms were not senior friendly! Low toilets and having to step over a tub without convenient grab bars outside the tub!

Pros:

Araenae Canfield did a great job organizing our small group event. She made sure everything was in order for us and ready. Her organization was exceptional. Tracy did a superb job serving and cooking our meal.

This was the first time that I have ever heard of a hotel that did not offer a complimentary minimal fee breakfast such as do it your self waffles or sausage and biscuits or cereal
For $200 a night it was pretty sad

Pros:

No, we did not have reservations. They had rooms available. But I have never been turned away because of a 5-night minimum. I can see 2, especially on weekends. But 5???

The woman at the desk was definitely not customer service oriented. Three other hotels, some booked, some with only 1 smoking room left. All of the people were very nice and helpful. This woman acted like we had some contagious disease

Hands down the best.
Pros:

They accommodated an earlier check in since we were coming in for a wedding and it began right when check in time was scheduled for. They got us in two hours earlier, without extra cost, and were so friendly and relaxed about it. The room was the best room my boyfriend and I have been in in over a year. Very pleased and we will be staying here again.

The room was decent. The staff was very friendly. There was no bathroom ventilation and my allergies kicked up every time I was in the room. That would suggest there was significant mold.

Changed my rate after check in with no notice
Pros:

Manager did not honor the rate I was confirmed at. Apparently he overwrote it. Only found out when I got my bill through email. He never called back. Simple breach of contract.
