Fenomenalna lokalizacja, pokój na 22 piętrze z super widokiem, czysty i zadbany pokój oraz łazienka. Przemiła obsługa na Recepcji i na śniadaniu w restauracji. Bardzo smaczne śniadanie, duży wybór. Restauracja na 27 piętrze z pięknym widokiem.

Cons:

W pokoju przydałoby się umieścić ekspres do kawy, przy hotelu 5*, to powinno być w standardzie i w wielu innych obiektach jest. Obsługa w restauracji popołudniu fatalna.

Unprofessional staff
Cons:

Hotel staff is absolutely unpleasant and unprofessional.
When I asked to call to a specific restaurant to made a reservation, person at the lobby informed me that they do bookings only at the hotel restaurant.
Question about restroom at the lobby made lady at the counter to roll her eyes and made very unhelpful answer.
