Eine Übernachtung, mehrere Tage Ärger.
Pros:

Neuwertig, sauber und gut. Parkmöglichkeiten kostenfrei vorhanden. Ein Check ungs Vorgang reibungslos.

Cons:

Das Personal. Absolut unfreundlich. Fällt ins Wort, lassen nicht ausreden. Rechthaberisch trotz eigene Fehlkommunikation. Keine Rechnung nach mehrmaliger Bitten.

Pros:

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und dafür war das Hotel bestens geeignet, da stört die Lage in einem Gewerbegebiet überhaupt nicht.
Das Frühstück war super und das Personal überaus freundlich.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel im Porsche-Style. Viele tolle Details. Das Service-Team ist kompetent, fleißig und geht auf alle Wünsche ein. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Absolut empfehlenswert

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren nicht sehr bequem - aber das ist persönliches Empfinden.

Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und reichlich. Personal freundlich. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor Ort, auch mit Lademöglichkeit, spätes Einchecken kein Problem.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer sehr süß eingerichtet. Vorallem sehr sauber.

Da es zu der Zeit sehr heiß war und das Hotel nicht klimatisiert ist, war leider auch das Zimmer sehr heiß zum schlafen

We hebben in overleg met de huismeester de kamer direct verlaten en hij zou het geld terugstorten.
Pros:

Wij hebben na overleg met de huismeester geen gebruik gemaakt van de kamer. Het geld zou aan ons terug worden gestorte. Helaas heeft booking nog niets van zich laten horen

Cons:

Airconditioning ontbrak bij 42 graden buiten. Temperatuur in de kamer was daardoor > 25 graden

Dat ik nog zo laat kon boeken

Cons:

Receptie is vanaf 6 uur gesloten, dan krijg je een code. Erg onpersoonlijk. Maar geen informatie op de kamer over wifi of tijd van het ontbijt. Hotel ligt op industrie terrein, niet fantastisch. Personeel zat buiten te roken. Hotel is veel te duur voor wat zij leveren
