The Hampton Inn is always very clean and everyone is very friendly.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast is excellent. I have stayed here numerous times over the years and have not been disappointed.

Was a nice hotel and would stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Coffee was perfect. Breakfast area was very clean. Beds were comfy and easy to get in and out of. Room was very nice and clean! Great hot water. Shower head could have a longer neck but it was sufficient.

Cons:

Main tile floors were spotty/dirty. Some towels were dingy looking like they didn’t get completely clean.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here. Seems to have been recently remodeled. the gym (kettle bells, peloton, treadmills, dumbbells, scale, water dispenser, jump box, medicine balls) and the pool were both clean. We stayed on the top floor. Beds were comfy, linen was clean, carpet was fresh and had some cushion. -Pillows flattened super easily though, that would be the one thing not rated 5 stars.-
Bathroom in our room was clean, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash all smelled nice and didn’t dry out my hair or skin. Breakfast was great! We stayed two nights and the selection varied both days : Waffles (lots of fun toppings) potatoes, biscuits/gravy, omelettes, breakfast bagel bite things, muffins, apples, cereal, juice, yogurt, sausage patties, sausage slices, oatmeal, bagels, toast. Breakfast attendant was helpful and polite.
We would definitely stay here again if we ever go through Norfolk.

CLEAN & newly renovated!
Pros:

One of the best Hamptons we've stayed in! Recently renovated with everything new and contemporary. CLEAN rooms, GREAT customer service and HOT breakfast! The only "complaints" I have is that the pool is small (perfect for young children) and the ice machine wasn't working on floor 1. The shallowest part of the pool was 3 feet and the deepest was 4 feet with a small length in size. My 10 year old daughter spent 20ish minutes in it and was done with it. Overall, clean & "new".

Pros:

The way our expectations was exceeded.

I ask to put a note out for my Husband since it was our anniversary. When we came in the room they made two seans with towels and some candy was left for us.
