Good place to stay and if I am in this neighborhood I would stay again.
Pros:

It was better than I expected. The coffee was too strong but my wife likes tea anyway. The food was good and we appreciate being able to eat and get on the road without looking for some place to eat.

Compared to every other time we've stayed at this particular hotel, this last experience wasn't good
Pros:

The upgrades look great.

Cons:

TV wasn't working on arrival and took maintenance over half an hour to make it to our room as he has 3 properties to cover. Air conditioning was insufficient. Temp stayed at 70. It was too warm in the room and we sweat while sleeping.

Great for a couple of nights to be in and out. For vacation, I’d stay at the Greenbrier Hotel.

Clean and convenient
Pros:

This was our second time stopping for the night on our journey home from North Carolina. It’s easy to find, has an Applebee’s nearby, a fuel station nearby, free breakfast included, and it is clean with an updated walk in shower.

Good clean hotel
Pros:

Very good Hampton in the mountains of southern West Virginia. Easy access to I-64. Our room was very clean and we loved the firepit too. While the pool was a good size, the water wasn't very heated, and the fitness room had no treadmill. Breakfast in the lobby was pretty good with waffles and bacon (which was crispy).
