Close to Marmara mall in Beylikduzu, convenient location for mall and Havaist. Simple, clean place, nothing fancy, but reasonable. No breakfast place at all.

Otelin otoparkı yoktu. Saat 14:00’da giriş yapmamıza rağmen yarım saat bekletildik. Genel temizlik iyiydi. Jakuzi çalışmıyor küvet olarak güncelleyin bence.

This hotel definitely needs improvement.

The hotel used insecticides during our stay. Without that I was aware of this. It smelled in everywhere. After one day all our clothes started to smell of insecticide.

The staff are very arrogant and you have to ask them several times for help to get help. We ordered 2 bed rooms, but we got a bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was without duvets and pillows etc. We had to nag several times for them to fix this.

The cleaners in this hotel are very welcoming and kind. Other employees who work at the reception must learn from them.

The place is dirty and smelling. I don't recommend at all.

It was relatively quite place with restaurants handy. Due to the name of the hotel, I have expected a big fridge and a kitchen, but it was not. However, it is OK.

Room spaces are good, but service and hospitality is zero. I had three night stay with family. Nobody came in three days for cleaning. Nobody came to place water bottles on daily basis untill you request reception atleast 3 times. Nobody will help you to take laguage to room or from room to taxi. Not a single smile on face any of the staff. Invester made the hotel but they need to train their staff according to hospitality field.

Property smell of cigaret toilet is smiley you have to complain several time in order to change your room water is standing in the shower to much noise people’s are walking in the medal of tge night you can’t sleep at hole they charge you extra if you don’t relias they will get extra money from your card and they said there is breakfast in clouding but no breakfast and many many things .

Room was nice enough and staff were friendly and helpful. Towels in the room were ripped, the shower didn’t empty properly and the tap was loose on the sink, but facilities overall were fine. The big problem is how thin the walls are in this place, you can hear everything from outside and from other rooms. We heard housekeeping cleaning the room next to us at 5am, you can hear street dogs barking outside and the traffic going past is very loud. Would be fine if you bring some earplugs.

Not recommended small rooms 3 nights and no one clean the room I asked for upgrade and the didn’t do it

The hotel location qwas good, near to metro station. The hotel stay was comfortable. The only problem was with the daily make up service. I had to tell them every day to clean up the room or make up the tea bar. I think there was only one lady who could speak english. Other staff was not conversant with english. Overall they cooperated with us and the lady faccilited us with late check out. Conclusively I would prefer to stay there again.

The hotel is fine, staff are very friendly, location is okay.

Sounds of other rooms are heard, hardwares of the room need to maintain,

We booked a suite for two adults and a 16 years old daughter. The suite that i reserved should have one queen bed and two single beds, with city views. The suite they gave us only has one queen bed and living space with two couches, one of the couches can be turned into sofa bed. The bathroom smells sewer continuously and the views were blocked by a building that is 10 feet away. When I called the front desk, I was told that they have no other suite, and my daughter can sleep on the sofa bed. I had to accept that because it is hard to move around with 7 pieces of luggage. I asked for bedding for the sofa bed, they promised to bring bedding but they failed. I made two calls, and went downstairs to speak with the front desk staff, and again they promised but I had to spend my first night on the couch without any bedding and pillows. When I complained in the morning, they said they were sorry, and they brought bedding. As for the sewer smell in the bathroom, they claimed that they cleaned it, but the smell was so obvious that we felt it in the living area all day and all night for the three nights that we stayed there. I would never recommend this hotel especially for families with children, and I hope you understand what I mean.

Good for sleep and next to hospital and shopping

The room was very cold, and I could not sleep because of the cold, the heating must be taken care of more
The air conditioner is not working properly
As for the cleanliness the room was clean

I had a great time and the manager solved a small problem I had and will stay again the next time I am in Istanbul.
