We have stayed here for years and had our wedding there , this time - the venue looks
Run down . The wedding they had on were extremely
Loud and drunk. The food and drinks have dropped dramatically. We consistently give this property another chance but we are finished staying which is sad 9 stays over 4 years

Beautiful place worth the trip
Pros:

Beautiful place. Villas were clean and comfortable. Pool is great. Breakfast excellent.

Cons:

The dinner was very overpriced with very limited choice. There’s no casual dining option as the pool menu closes at 5. The property is so remote you are left with little choice unless you choose overpriced room service.

Love love love .. your resort offered what we wanted.. A short, relaxing, good food, friendly staff
Pros:

The food was delicious, breakfast and dinner loved your hardworking friendly and helpful staff the room was good but could hear next door which we were a bit surprised. Would consider a room that would not be connected to another if available.

Cons:

Not having Foxtel would of liked to watch a movie and the spa in room didnt work. Surprised not to see a Pilates machine in gym

Pros:

Staff were friendly and accommodating, parking was suitable, golf buggies for bags were essential and the caddy driver was so quick and time efficient, pool facilities were beautiful, breakfast had a wide variety to choose from and was restocked often, luxury toiletries available, rooms were clean and spacious, very private, great cocktail choice though frozen margs would be perfff, pool bar food was reasonable also

The wifi didnt reach the room, the reception wifi password was incorrect, once checked out you had to pay 15$ which seemed a bit ott given its a luxury resort.. the room we received was a corner villa which didnt have a great lake view but i did request an early check in as i had a wedding at 4pm and wanted more time to get ready, pool area was dusty especially around the toilets which was unpleasantly gritty, suncream dispenser was empty
