Lokalizacja horelu- bardzo blisko stacji kolejowej oraz przystankow autobusowych. Wielkość pokoju- przestronny pokój i łazienka, wygodne łóżko.
Obsluga hotelu nie umiala podpowiedzieć jaki bilet na komunikację powinniśmy kupić. Nie było dostępnej wody do picia, co jest już powszechne nawet w hotelach 1*, w pokojach nie było szlafroków, kapci, ani nawet odżywki do włosów czy balsamu do ciała. Śniadania ubogie jak na hotel 4*, nawet biorąc pod uwagę to, że to hotel we Włoszech.

L’hôtel est bien placé et les chambres sont grandes.
Les chambres sont délabrées, la moquette est sale, par endroit décollée. Nous avons demandé d’intervenir pour les mauvaises odeurs. Le personnel a pu constater mais rien n’a été fait. Dans la salle de bains c’était tout simplement insupportable. On aurait pu croire qu’il y avait un animal mort…

The air conditioning was switched off , the rooms allocated from booking.com are on the 4th floor it was boiling when we arrived . We were told to open the windows as it’s October and they are being environmentally friendly & all hotels did this (that’s a lie). It was unfair to leave the staff in the reception to deal with these complaints as it was a corporate decision. Corporate seem to think they know what temp people want their room. Booking.com have raised a complaint as it clearly states rooms are air conditioned no mention of it A/C turned off . Lots of people complaining . It’s a shame because the hotel is actually fine with a very good breakfast.

If arriving by car the location is in a clean air zone that you probably will not realise and therefore you will be fined.
