L’emplacement
Nous avons changé 2 fois de chambres mais impossible à d’en trouver une sans un rideau qui ne peut se fermer ( et pas de volets ) ou un rideau cassé et pendouillant … qui ne s’ouvre pas!- Le bouton de la douche cassé : Vous choisissez entre douche bouillante ou glacée…
Quant on se plaint le soir en arrivant à la réception on vous regarde de haut , du style: « que voulez vous qu’on y fasse »… Certes le personnel de la réception n’y peut rien mais un peu plus d’empathie serait la moindre des choses ! Pour presque 200 E la nuit… une honte !

The hotel has very good location, close to bus and train station, which was main reason to choose it as we stayed for one night before departing to lake Garda. The room was spacious and with nice beds and bathroom.
Nothing to mention as we stayed only for 1 night.
Muy atentos, tuvimos un problema con el acceso a la habitación y lo solucionaron rápidamente y mas tarde volvieron a contactarnos para ver si todo bien o si necesitábamos algo más. Un bonito detalle
La habitación era muy ruidosa, se escuchaba absolutamente todo de la calle. Deberian mejorar la insonorización de la habitación.

Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum von Bergamo an strategisch guter Lage zum Erkunden der Stadt. Das Ein- und Auschecken ging freundlich, schnell und reibungslos von sich. Das Zimmer (Zi 124) war sauber und modern. Alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das WLAN funktionierte schnell und ohne Probleme. Das Morgenessen war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze und keinen Stellplatz zum Ein-Ausladen. Anhalten vor dem Hotel ist wegen des starken Verkehrs fast nicht möglich. Eine öffentliche Tiefgarage (Parcheggio Central) befindet sich jedoch direkt neben, bzw. hinter dem Hotel an der "3 Via Pietro Paleocapa". 24h kosten 15€.
Anreise mit dem Auto machbar, aber etwas tückisch

Jeg synes at der kunne godt vær skraldespanden på badeværelset og der må gerne fyldes toiletpapir op der jeg stod ikke havde toiletpapir .
L'hôtel est proche du centre et de la gare. Un bus conduit à la ville haute. Un parking public souterrain est dispo à côté. Le petit déjeuner est super et copieux. Chambres sur les rues. On dort avec la clim. Très calme. Personnel aux petits soins.
