Praticidade e conforto.
Pros:

O café da manhão é bem variado de de boa qulidade. A localização é bastante conveniente em relação ao propósito da viagem, por estar situado ao lado do Centro de Convenções.

Decent clean room for the price, excellent friendly staff and good food in the restaurant.
Pros:

Conference center is in the same place so definitely the best option if you are attending a show.

Cons:

If you are in SP as a tourist or to experience the city there is literally nothing outside the hotel to see/do. You have to take an uber 20 minutes to get anywhere there is something to do.
