Serviço de quarto e limpeza excelentes.
Café da Manhã também muito bom,

Cons:

Minha crítica é a Booking, que o Valor da Diária foi mais que o do Próprio Hotel, e ainda não incluía café da manhã .
Ainda bem que ganhei como cortesia do Próprio Hotel o café da manhã nas três diárias que foram reservadas pela Booking .
Infelizmente na próxima ocasião não usarei mais a Booking.com

Triste. Faltaram vagas.

Fiquei lá justamente pra nao usar uber

Tive que brigar pra usar estacionamento.

Desinformação e falta de comunicação entre reserva, balcão e garagista.

Gestão ruim do estacionamento.

Pessima pessima péssima, só lamento não ter feito foto. Mas se vc quiser pagar para vê, alugue.

Banheiro sujo, rejuntes preto de mofo, Box com cabelo, vaso com cheiro ruim. Apenas uma toalha de rosto para 2 pessoas. Qdo toma banho banheiro molha é apenas um tapete fino no chão que ficava encharcado. Quarto cheira a sujeira, por ser todo carpetado não deve ser feito higienização e o pior as cobertas de frio são coloridas e com cheiro de uso de outros hóspedes.
Qdo se abre o armário tem um travesseiro que cheira a suor, horrível!!!
Péssima estadia, fiquei com nojo o tempo inteiro.
A Cuba do lavatório demorava sair água intupida de sujeira.
Pelo preço pago isso é inadmissível.
Já fiquei lá outras vezes e nunca havia me deparado com uma instalação tão porca como essa.
