Muito bom!!!

Cons:

A recepção não tem informações corretas sobre o funcionamento do hotel. Levei uma escova giratória com voltagem 110 volts e todas as tomadas do quato são 220 volts; liguei na recepção e não tinha transformador disponível. Sendo a cidade de São Paulo com voltagem 110 volts, como vocês trocam todas as tomadas do quarto para 220 volts?

Cons:

Embora tenha reservado quarto com duas camas, nos encaminharam para um quarto com uma cama de casal. Voltamos a recepção e depois de aguardar muito tivemos que ir para um quarto que outra pessoa mais tarde simplesmente entrou. Mas tirando isso, tudo excelente

It was ok, but pricey compared to similar hotels in São Paulo
Pros:

Perfect location for my business trip. Room was excellent.

Cons:

There were renovations going on, so the noise wasn’t ideal. I got very poor service in the restaurant area, didn’t get my food despite it being chased many times, and the staff weren’t interested in compensating my drink after the dreadful service I’d had which pretty much ruined my evening.
