Professional, friendly and helpful staff at reception. Breakfast-buffet was good. Was nice to also have the a la carte option. The staff in the breakfast room was very attentive.
We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at the hotel.
Staff was very friendly and polite. Housekeeping staff was amazing very attentive. Food was also very good. Transportation staff was also friendly and helpful.
Nathan was honestly one of the nicest people I’ve ever met—super welcoming, polite, and just genuinely kind. He made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. You can tell he really cares about people.

Great experience. Their valet Rob provided great service too.
The staff were extremely friendly. I had absolutely no issue with check in, which was a breeze. Enjoyed being right next door to the mall, with dining options nearby. The only issue was the power outage upon my return from dinner. After a long ride to town, that was not on my list to deal with. Otherwise, very pleasant stay. The valet, Konnor is a dear also.
Proximity to airport and International Shopping Plaza. Free shuttle to airport. We had booked a night after departing a cruise ship as our flight was late the following day . We arrived at 9.30am. Check in is 4pm but there was a room available and we were allowed to check into the room which was very much appreciated and enabled us to head off out for the day and enjoy some more of Tampa

Nathan Saylor was absolutely incredible. a couple old timers like me and my wife who aren’t able to keep up with these everyday changes felt very comfortable and appreciated talking to such a nice young man in Nathan Saylor at the valet! Well done Nathan
We had top tier experience with TJ and Rob - the gentleman in charge on valet service on 2/14 for our Valentines Day dinner at the hotel. In addition to fantastic valet service they were kind and fantastic conversation. We hope anyone who encounters valet service with Renaissance have experiences with these top tier gentleman.
