Great option if you need a hotel close to the airport.
Pros:

Great location, near to airport, mall and restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

Cons:

The coffee bar in the morning did not open until 7:30 am. At reception I was informed that there was a coffee maker in my room and the coffee available at reception was reserved for flight personnel only.

Brief, just OK, have no plans to return.
Pros:

I liked that it was close to Raymond James Stadium.

Cons:

Old, outdated, no mini-fridge in room, no dial tone on phone, no fan anywhere, crumbs on carpet by the window, crooked lamp shade upon walking into the room. Just not up to my standards. Overpriced by 3 times just because a show was in town.

Nice place with everything we needed
Pros:

Lovely space and comfortable rooms. It's located next to a mall which was odd but it still felt safe and secluded. Heated pool with pool-side room service was nice!

Cons:

No real complaints. Be nice if breakfast was offered as the restaurant is pricy.

Comfort
Pros:

When I first arrive a staff help me with bags which I had a lot. The room was what wanted and every morning the room was cleaned 👌. I worked out in the Gym 2 mornings .Every thing top notch. It was a plus that International Mall right here. Every day I can try something different. It was my Birthday week I couldn't ask for anything better. Thank u

Our stay was very nice and the staff were excellent.
Pros:

The room was very nice and the air conditioning/heat was easily used to satisfy our comfort.

Cons:

Although the bathroom was very clean and had all of the conveniences required, it could probably due with an upgrade to get rid of the tub.

The other issue was getting take away coffee in the morning. Very long wait which could be much better organized.

Amazing Hotel
Pros:

Rob the valet guy did an amazing job very friendly and worked super quick. Also the rooms a very nice and clean. I will definitely come back and stay.

Out of the world service.
Pros:

Was greeted with a warm welcome at the Renaissance by Rob! Not only did he help us get our luggage out of the car, he also assisted in helping my handicapped grandmother to her room. Couldn’t recommend Rob and the hotel enough. Thank you.
