Great location. Cleanliness 5 stars. Great staff and customer service, Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast at Gabriella's was great. Did not use the pool, very clean, smaller pool area than expected. The courtyard was very comfortable both day and evening. Workout room 5 stars. Concierge Lounge for Bonvoy members (Platinum) was very comfortable and accommodating. The hotel and rooms are as pictured and described via website. No surprises, very well pleased.

This is an average hotel, located near Tampa International Airport, disguised as a higher end Marriott Property.
The hotel does not employ a bellman. Guests are on their own with luggage.
The club lounge is closed on weekends.
The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side. They are decorated with garish murals on the walls.
Still, the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and if all that other stuff doesn’t bother you, you might enjoy your stay.

Could’ve been better
We had an AWESOME Mothers Day weekend and it all started with the FANTASTIC Customer service from the front desk team of Sarah and Aileen. They greeted us warmly and were able to give us an awesome room upgrade to a nice large suite. They went above and beyond to help my wife and I celebrate Mothers Day Day weekend and we were very grateful. We enjoyed the suite and the hotel and loved the GREAT service from the entire Renaissance team. We will be back again soon.

This hotel was beautiful and room was very clean. The free airport shuttle was 10/10, with easy pick up and drop off. The hotel is also conveniently located to the mall with plenty of food options. We stayed here for the BTS concert at Raymond James Stadium. Location was perfect and a took us about 20-30 minutes walking. The hotel even hosted a Kpop themed cocktail hour in the lobby. Was a very nice atmosphere and would one hundred percent stay here again.

I think the bar/restaurant were a bit undersized for a facility of this size. The bartenders and restaurant staff was exceptional.. After spending $400 for a room, it kind of stinks to get socked with a $15 charge for self-parking. partner did not like the bathroom lights for some reason.
The trip was amazing! TJ at the valet was excellent. He was prompt and attentive. The hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff were accommodating and very pleasant. Will stay again when we are in Tampa. The proximity to the international plaza mall is also a plus.
People who are working in the hotel are very nice and friendly, and location is perfect if you planing to attend concert or game, plenty of restaurants in the area. I really enjoy Kevin Murphy bath products. But overall hotel itself is old and require some maintenance, carpet doesn't feel clean and no slippers provided. Swimming pool also was't clean if you planing to swim. Shower is very old and I also found someone hair in the bed and on the towels... Bottle of water in the room cost $8. It looks like a nice place, but doesn't meet a basic standards for good hotel.
And keep in mind free shuttle operating every 30 min, I wish I knew before heading to the airport, so ended up taking an Uber.

Hotel was great. Clean and friendly staff. Especially Konnor in valet was super helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations. Would stay here again.
