Very nice property and courtyard. Friendly staff. Quick walk to shopping and restaurants. Room service was quick and food was good. Coffee bar service was amazing! Easy walk from Raymond James.
Pool was hot! Wish it was a little cooler. Further from other activities. Needed to uber to Ybor, riverwalk and other activities.
The the location, that is it. I would never have been here besides that. everything else what lack-luster. Bad service, high price. I do not recommend.
This hotel is expensive, however the rooms are unimpressive and noisy. for the price I paid, it is not worth it. the AC is very loud and wake you up all night, and this is with a "courtyard view" room. They deceive you. This is a low end hotel pretending to be high end.
Proximity to TPA. Love the courtyard rooms…so quiet.
When we checked in, they said that we were upgraded. We ended up with a handicap room, so was likely a bit larger, but right next to the ice machine and elevator. Not sure I’d consider that an upgrade.

The connection to the outside mall was convenient. The staff is wonderful & helpful. Easy access to the Moffitt Cancer Center & Suncoast Parkway.
No discount for Moffitt Cancer Center Patients. It's so close to the facility on International Plaza & ideal for patients that several appointments in a week, but too costly. Would like microwaves & mini fridges in every rm for long stays. Security is an issue. The pool door access had tape over the door lock that allowed any people to pass through without use of secure door pass. I also got stock outside in the pool area because that tape came undone & I could not get the door open. I panicked because it was extremely hot outside, I had no water. Thankful I had my phone with me and hotel # on my phone so I could call for help. Even after I called for help no one came to help me. I finally was able to get the door open & discovered the tape and it was keeping the door stuck. This could of been a tragedy. NEEDs Attention!!

He greeted us with a positive attitude, handled our vehicle with care, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His attention to customer service and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.

Great location. Cleanliness 5 stars. Great staff and customer service, Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast at Gabriella's was great. Did not use the pool, very clean, smaller pool area than expected. The courtyard was very comfortable both day and evening. Workout room 5 stars. Concierge Lounge for Bonvoy members (Platinum) was very comfortable and accommodating. The hotel and rooms are as pictured and described via website. No surprises, very well pleased.
