Enjoyed
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly. I had absolutely no issue with check in, which was a breeze. Enjoyed being right next door to the mall, with dining options nearby. The only issue was the power outage upon my return from dinner. After a long ride to town, that was not on my list to deal with. Otherwise, very pleasant stay. The valet, Konnor is a dear also.

Perfect airport location with shopping plaza on hand. Excellent staff
Pros:

Proximity to airport and International Shopping Plaza. Free shuttle to airport. We had booked a night after departing a cruise ship as our flight was late the following day . We arrived at 9.30am. Check in is 4pm but there was a room available and we were allowed to check into the room which was very much appreciated and enabled us to head off out for the day and enjoy some more of Tampa

Nathan Saylor was absolutely incredible. a couple old timers like me and my wife who aren’t able to keep up with these everyday changes felt very comfortable and appreciated talking to such a nice young man in Nathan Saylor at the valet! Well done Nathan

Top tier valet service
Pros:

We had top tier experience with TJ and Rob - the gentleman in charge on valet service on 2/14 for our Valentines Day dinner at the hotel. In addition to fantastic valet service they were kind and fantastic conversation. We hope anyone who encounters valet service with Renaissance have experiences with these top tier gentleman.

Great option if you need a hotel close to the airport.
Pros:

Great location, near to airport, mall and restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

Cons:

The coffee bar in the morning did not open until 7:30 am. At reception I was informed that there was a coffee maker in my room and the coffee available at reception was reserved for flight personnel only.

Great valet experience
Pros:

I have to say I had a fantastic stay! Everything was up to standard and will be coming back. I wanted to point out how pleased I was with the valet service, particularly Nathan. He was attentive and had a great personality!

Brief, just OK, have no plans to return.
Pros:

I liked that it was close to Raymond James Stadium.

Cons:

Old, outdated, no mini-fridge in room, no dial tone on phone, no fan anywhere, crumbs on carpet by the window, crooked lamp shade upon walking into the room. Just not up to my standards. Overpriced by 3 times just because a show was in town.
