Pros:

Excellent sound proofing(could only hear the revelry at the Longhorn Saloon if you opened the balcony door), outstanding location of course, with step out the door access to lifts and great ski room. Loved the suite floor plan and housekeeping was attuned to how we shifted the bedding for preference and made up the beds with that in mind. Staff were personable, professional and went the ext4- mile to help if any need was brought to their attention.

Cons:

The room had a strong chemical cleaning smell that didn’t dissipate even with opening the balcony door for a lot of the time we were there. Not really the fault of the hotel that it took us overnight to get the temperature overnight figured so the fireplace didn’t make us sweat all night. The directions had been placed in front of us from the start, we just had to use it.

Pros:

Superb hotel - location, location, location, cleanliness, amenities, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. Everything is located within a 1 - 4 minute walk. I stayed in the one bedroom suite with kitchen on a lower level. I found it very comfortable, clean, and cozy. Although some might mention the high cost, I felt the room was good value for what you get. I liked it so much, I booked another stay a month later in March.

Fantastic stay in the best location.
Pros:

This is by far the best location. Facilities are fantastic, the pool and hot tub overlooking the base of the mountain make it extra special. Ski lockers provided, easy access to them and friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Wi-fi was hard to connect to on some devices.
