Very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Great water pressure when showering in my suite. Very good job in keeping the outdoor pool clean and dead insect free.

Cons:

Some light bulbs in the suite were out and need a better job in making sure the snack bar is fully stocked before someone new checks in the suite or they may end up paying for that finished item that they never even touched during check out.

A most enjoyable return visit and hope to be back
Pros:

We have stayed here before and knew what to expect.
Location is excellent and the 2 bedroom 2 bath suites just right with comfortable beds and attentive service

Cons:

The lounge had 1 armchair and a sofa that could just fit 3 but there should be a second armchair

A great place to spend a few days in summer, with options for all across the whole resort.
Pros:

Comfortable and well appointed suite. Excellent service ans amenities.
Ground floor (level 2), mountain facing suite. Next to the pool and hot tub area (no access direct from room) therefore noise from that area during the early and late hours of the day.
Kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment - provided your own oil etc.
Noisy in the evening with music from the bars in Skiers Plaza.
Short walk to other quieter parts of the resort.
Excellent access to lifts (gondola and chair).
Please visit the Squamish and Lil'wat Cultural Centre (SLCC) to learn about First Nation culture and history. It's amazing. Take 4 hours to appreciate it all (inside and out).
Trail hiking up the mountain was mind blowing. Definitely take in the Cloudraker bridge and the Peak2Peak experience and if you're up for a strenuous hike take the Half Note or High Note trail.
Here the week before Crank Worx so VERY busy.

Stressful nightclub vibes
Pros:

This place is tired and dated. If you want any peace and quiet do NOT stay here. Below you is an Irish Pub that has patrons yelling and screaming late into the night with music blaring like you’re on spring break at Daytona Beach.
Some of the employees are extremely rude and not customer service friendly. Couldn’t wait to get out of there which made the trip to Whistler not very relaxing and enjoyable while at the resport.

Avoid this property unless you want to be disappointed
Pros:

Avoid this property. I have had an incredible experience at the Pan Pacific London and expected the same level of service. The hotel is grossly understaffed and lacking in senior management. There is a sign upon arrival for valet parking. The valet is almost never present “he is helping other guests.” It is nearly impossible to retrieve your car unless you give the front desk an hour’s notice. When I raised these issues with the front desk staff they were rude and condescending. They appear to have little training on how to deal with customers or to run a supposedly five star property. The woman with whom I dealt was argumentative and even made faces at me, rolling her eyes in response to my comments. The property is seriously outdated. It looks like it has not been renovated in 40 years. Be prepared for an extremely loud and party environment outside until 10 pm every night. The gym is a joke. It might be in a 12 x 12 foot room. There is no restaurant for breakfast nor coffee provided downstairs. Curiously the sister property at the Village has both a coffee machine and breakfast served on property but alas no gym. Apathy too have valet issues as I overheard one gentleman complaining loudly to the front desk about it. Ridiculous to charge $40 for valet that is non existent. On the plus side the location is right next to the slope so for those looking to walk to the lifts that is a plus. Beds are also comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. I would not stay here again nor recommend this hotel to anyone. BTW - this is the most extensive review I have left on TripAdvisor.

Summer in the mountains
Pros:

Our 2nd time staying in a 2 bedroom corner apartment. It was roomy enough and had the necessary facilities . We had an 8 th floor corner room overlooking blackcomb mountain which was quiet and light and bright. Location excellent , 5 min walk to groceries , 5-10 mins to blackcomb lift and village . The bike concierge was a bit disappointing this time . Overall staff were friendly and housekeeping amazing . The rooms need a freshen up . They are a bit dated now .

Pros:

Clean, friendly staff and great location for chairlift

Cons:

Our check in time was 4 but we didn't get checked in til 4:45. I wasn't happy. Also, the bar noise from Longhorn was quite loud. I turned the fan on to drown the noise and it worked well. Pillows were waaay too soft for me but I'm sure they're perfect for someone else.
