A lot of noise from the street, train every 10 minutes rings from 4 am to midnight, no option to sleep!

Decent downtown stay on a budget
Pros:

Great housekeeping team, good shower, decent size and comfortable room. Great downtown location relatively cheap.

Cons:

Property is a little older, carpets could do with a deep clean, bar was closed

Absolutely terrible!
Pros:

This hotel has the absolute worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The room appeared to be an old banker’s office with a secretary’s office on the outside of the room. This was where the bed was located. No windows. It appears to have the exact same office furniture that was originally in this space in the 80’s. It’s in a great location, but be prepared to lower your expectations if you stay here.

Pros:

The entire decor felt very warm. Dark and moody colors. It didn't feel cold and stale like most hotels.

Hotel was in great location..
Pros:

Good location. A little trouble with 2nd valet worker . Wouldn’t let me in to park. Even though i had a parking pass. I was coming back with my family from eating dinner. Just to go back to a headache 🤕. I was charged 47$ dollars for parking knowing that i purchased 2hotel rooms. The management was unprofessional he didn’t want to believe me and said ill look at cameras. He tried to avoid and tried to get rid of me by saying he would reimburse me 20$ for parking. Its not about the money its about the respect and about principality. I have 4kids and a 1year old . I had to drop off family then circle the block 3times mind you it’s Christmas in the park.. No name mentioning needed. Dont want to throw anyone under neath the bus. Customer satisfaction comes a long way. Thanks

Pros:

Parking was expensive af at the facility its self. Over 40 dollars for one night. Ridiculous for a less than optimum hotel.
