Great stay

Great hotel with the best location
Pros:

I had a great experience interacting with this hotel. Tamas and the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.

The location is also great. Close to the beach and the Main Street. It’s perfectly positioned, making it super convenient and appealing whether you’re visiting for a short stay or a longer trip.

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it

Stunning place
Pros:

Stayed here for a few days and honestly had a really good experience. The place looks great in person, super clean and everything works as it should. Location is very convenient too.

Big shoutout to Tamas and his team — they were easy to deal with from the start, quick to respond, and made the whole stay feel relaxed and hassle-free. You can tell they care about how things run.

Would definitely stay again and recommend it.

We had a great stay with a group of friends and I’d definitely come back!
Pros:

Great location, amazing pool, private balcony was a plus! level 1 was easy to get in and out to the carpark with bags as we just pushed up ramps from reception, I think being higher may be a bit more tricky with suitcases/prams etc. loved the bbq area.
I was also impressed with all the pool gates everywhere as we had many kids

Cons:

Pool bar hours aren’t long enough 12-5. We often were getting back from activities around 4-4:30 and then not really having any time at the bar. Perhaps 2-7 might be better hours?

Exceptional service
Pros:

Our kids had a fantastic time at the pools, and the service was exceptional. The room was clean and the staff were always friendly.

In general we loved our stay and would come back again

Cons:

I know it's still the "wet" season but most of the cupboards in the kitchen that are not used a lot did smell musty which made the room in general smell. even if they have not been used they still need a clean out with some sort of refresher to help with the mold smell.
There is quite a bit of clutter down near the laundry room

Studio rooms are tiny, close to Main Street

And had mould in the bathrooms
Just didn't feel clean until they moved us to a newer room
Pool area needs some tiles replaced
The studio hotel rooms are very small. Felt very claustrophobic

I would probably stay somewhere else if you had the option.
Pros:

We stayed here for seven nights, the beds were uncomfortable, the quilt cover had multiple stains on it.
The room was not exceptionally clean, the pool is quite shallow and not possible to swim laps in.
The staff were very friendly but not at all helpful we had to struggle getting our bags to our room and there was no service.

Adequate for a short visit
Pros:

The hotel location had free parking under the hotel which was great as we used our car frequently to come and go to the Town. Continental breakfast came with the room. The swimming pool is located in the centre/ rear of the hotel and is ideal for families with small children

Cons:

Our room was not in an ideal location with no view and I had wished I had booked a room with a view as there are rooms available with a view. No teaspoons in the room and we had to use wooden spoons as house keeping had left for the day. A reminder to guests that it is not cost effective for this hotel to accept cash so credit cards have to be used.
