Calm, little hotel for shorter or longer stay.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was made up every day. The breakfast is of medium variety but every day has different things incorporating also local dishes which I really appreciated. The view from my balcony was great. There is a bar on the roof with vegan / vegetarian choices, nice staff and beautiful views. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Room and balcony were both spacious.

Cons:

The walls in the room would need an extra hand of painting. Looks a bit worn and shabby.

Pros:

Quiet, not too far to walk down into Old Town. Great view . Staff were kind and helpful

Cons:

There’s not a lot of restaurants around but you can find within a 10-15 minute walk

Large family room with a view
Pros:

Very good location and view. Big family room.

Cons:

The bunk bed mattress was very hard (kids complained). Also a bit of smell from the bathroom. Breakfast was not the best - but we want to the bakery next door for lovely bread and then had that with the different jams / Nutella / eggs that hotel offered. That was good!

Highly recommended, we were very happy to have chosen Livin.
Pros:

Next to the main city cathedral, with a stunning view on the city from our balcony, with a 360 degrees resrtaurant on the top. The breakfast was stunning! Every day new home-cooked delicious items.

Cons:

The water is drinkable in Tbilisi, but depending on the part of town it is great or less great. The tap water in the hotel was not the best. Simply better to use bottled water.

It was good value of money
Pros:

The room is really good and the view was perfect, one comment is that the bathroom was clean but there was an inappropriate smell in it, it seems coming from the sewer lines

Cons:

Everything was perfect, the stuff and the breakfast was delicious and diverse, each day different food

Все было прекрасно
Pros:

Отдыхал в отеле Livin ,сутки 17-18 февраля в номере 105,и с 21 по 24 в 108 номере.Не знаю,кто там жалуется,что холодно в отеле,что из ванной комнаты идёт запах,при мне ничего такого не было.Хочу отметить прекрасную работу всего коллектива.Марина,всегда нас радовала чем то вкусным на завтрак.Валя прекрасно справлялась с уборкой,и на ресепшне отлично работали Тамара и Русудан. Весь этот женский коллектив,всегда был очень доброжелателен,и был готов помочь во всём.
метро Авлабар находится в 5-7 минутах ходьбы быстрым шагом.Там есть много обменников,овощная лавка,несколько аптек,и других полезных заведений .
На крыше отеля находится вегетарианский бар ресторан.Там готовят лчень вкусный кофе.Этот отель имеет очень красивый дворик,чего нет во многих отелях Тбилиси,если заказывать такси через Bolt,то поездка выходит вообще сущие копейки.Рядом есть пару ресторанов,пекарня,несколько продуктовых магазинов ,и магазинов по продаже знаменитого грузинского вина.
