The room & amenities were fine. The check-in experience was not.

Love this hotel. The staff, Lucia especially is fantastic and warm. Taylor keeps the breakfast area top notch. A great place!

The hotel is in a nice and quiet setting. Easy to find and there’s a whole food nearby. Friendly staffs and clean room.

Nice large rooms and friendly staff. The hotel is a bit dated and the layout is a bit odd, but everything worked and was clean.

Very quiet setting. The facilities are in very good condition. We would stay there again. The only thing we didn’t like was the charging station not being free.

This was an above average Residence Inn. The woman who checked me in was exceptional. She asked my name when I walked in, I showed my ID and she handed me the key so she must have pre-checked me in. That is a first!
She was also so friendly when I came down for breakfast the next day. Sorry I don’t catch her name but she deserves a raise. She had pink hair if management is reading this:-)
The room was very comfortable, clean and up to date.
Shower was hot and powerful.
Breakfast and coffee were much better with more variety than most free hotel breakfasts.
I am a Marriott guy and find that most Residence Inn properties tend to be dated and average at best, but this one was an A+ experience all around!

Everything went smooth and calm since we checked in until we checked out, the service is great, the rooms are clean and really comfortable the breakfast in the morning offered by the hotel it was great.

It was a quick overnight stay with friendly staff and accommodations that were perfect for our needs. Check in was easy and having a kitchenette to come back to after night skiing allowed us the opportunity to make our own bite to eat. Breakfast before heading back to the mountain in the morning was nice too! Clean and friendly environment always a plus in my book! We will be back again next year!

Very quiet hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Reason for not giving a 5 is that there is a lot of wear on the furnishings and bathrooms need a deep cleaning.

The accessible studio was very nice, clean and in good condition. The only problem was with the toilet flushing by itself which was noisy. When I called the desk, someone was sent to my room quickly. They tried but were unable to stop it. I'm not disabled but am a senior citizen and I felt safe in the tub/shower with several grab bars and a nonslip surface and with the comfort height toilet. The heat worked well.
The hallways had signs with directions which made them easy to navigate.
The free breakfast is extensive.
After reading past reviews, I was pleased that most of the cons had been addressed and my stay was better than expected.

I stay in this hotel several times a year, while the staff is great the entire property is in desperate need of a makeover. From the grounds and entrance to the hallways, rooms, bedding and furniture throughout its screaming to be updated!! I am actually considering staying elsewhere on my next trip as things have become so bad!!

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms need a substantial renovation it’s old and shows lots of wear. If this place wasn’t in the right location and had subpar staff it would get only 2 stars. With proper renovations to bring up to today’s standards this place will be great

Great place to stay if you need to be in Avon. Clean and comfortable. My son loved the two room suite so he could watch his own TV and stay up late!
