I had a lovely stay and would definitely consider staying there again
Pros:

pleasant stay. Clean and very friendly and helpful staff 👍
Pros:

First 2 nights we had water view suite that was nice and quiet. We were on first floor above restaurant and we could hear the music sometimes from Mudbar. We booked 1 night extra but had to change room and we had city view you could hear the noise from the cars on the road but not loud. It was okey ish but water view room was quieter.

Cons:

Nothing …was good hotel.

Nice place to stay- Beware of private car park in front of hotel
Pros:

Great location, lovely hotel, updated and clean. Friendly staff. Highly recommend staying here and having dinner downstairs at the Leevee. Great menu and staff there too.

Cons:

City view room, pretty boring.
Also parking outside the front of hotel is private. Make sure to check in first for reduced parking rate. No signs advising guests to check in first, and we copped a $47 parking fee for overnight parking.

Lovely hotel with fabulous marina views
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay, our apartment was a great size, lots of space, the bed was super comfortable, and loved the BIG shower!! Having the availability of a washing machine in our apartment, was a bonus! The apartment was quiet, couldn’t hear anyone outside, with all windows and doors closed. Easy parking and staff were very friendly and welcoming. We loved having several balconies to go out and enjoy the marina views.

Cons:

Our only negative thing was people smoking on their balconies, it was coming straight into our bathroom window & no working fan in the bathroom. A clothes rack would have been handy too, we didn’t want to use the dryer. A bonus would be, being able to have breakfast, unfortunately we went to Tidal Cafe and it was disgusting, every table hadn’t been cleaned and the staff were just plain rude, as it was suggested from the hotel we were expecting better, we left and ended up at Great Scot! Highly recommend, the food and service was superb.

Underwhelmed over paid.
Pros:

I liked the free truffle treats at the elevator. We also appreciated the congratulations basket for our honeymoon which I asked for.

Cons:

The 1brm apartment was directly above the mud restaurant on the river side which I paid more for. It was noisy and we had to turn the TV up. Very disappointed.
Also the room service was limited to the very expensive mud restaurant and had very little options of value.

great view from the room, plus very spacious, perfect location to explore Launceston and surrounds

Cons:

no in house dining, attempted to order from surrounding restaurants that were recommended and didn't happen

Very spacious, comfortable, separate lounge and bedroom, excellent facilities, wrap around balcony, expansive river views, excellent eateries a short walk away, boardwalk to Cataract Gorge. What's not to love? Our third stay at Peppers Seaport, looking forward to the next. Many thanks!
