Location was great. Bed and pillows so comfortable.
One thing would be the very loud air conditioner. The windows were unable to be opened so the A/C was a must, but so noisy.

Restaurant under accommodation - music annoying, AC not working efficiently, noisy waste pipe in shower, dirty glass on sliding doors restricted the views.

Noise from floor above. Not sure if it was a room, but sounded more like possibly function room, but constant sound of furniture being moved & dropped.

The room service was a major disappointment especially for the price also forgot my sauce for just short off $200. i could recommend better services and they charged me $30 for parking that was very questionable for the area that wasn't just available for the hotel. And the mini bar was very limited. And the foxtel only situation.no secure wifi no Netflix no youtube. Time to upgrade without the mudbar as room service!

The hotel is in a great location with lovely river views. It is easy walking to restaurants, the city and along the riverfront to Cataract Gorge. The room is spacious comfortable and clean and the staff are very pleasant and friendly.

A beautifully appointed apartment with a river view.
Everything was perfect. But we did miss a throw rug.
The hotel was beautiful and so was the suite we were in. All the staff were lovely and very helpful.
We were 2 minutes away from 5 restaurants.
We could not find any negatives. I don't know what the prices are in the summer because we were there in the first days of spring but found the price very reasonable for what we got
