Very pleasant stay, loved the upgraded room and the staff were fantastic
Pros:

Everything was very good: the location, the bed, the size of the room, as they gave us an upgraded room
The room was very warm considering the very cold weather, thank you guys

Cons:

The first night we stayed, it was windy, and the building movement was quite noisy, a lot of creaking and groaning, which we were not used to

Great location, relaxing room with fabulous views
Pros:

The view from our room (Luxury Marina View Suite) was fabulous, the room was very relaxing, well eqipped, warm (we were there in winter), and had a great layout. The hotel is in a great location, restaurants, the city and walking tracks are either at the door stop or close by. Parking was easy, out the front of the hotel and very reasonably priced. Bed was comfortable with good blockout blinds. The TV was big and Foxtel provided. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

First time visiting Launceston & this is easily our most comfortable stay in Australia. Only 5 mins drive from city centre, plenty of parking downstairs. Spacious, spotlessly clean apartment with brand‑new facilities including washing machine & dishwasher, feels just like home. Beds are comfortable, slightly soft though. Staff are friendly & service is 5‑star. Special thanks to Manager Steve — great problem‑solving, warm support & wonderful local recommendations. Will definitely return & recommend to friends!
