Great hotel and superb value for money.
Pros:

Room was very spacious. Spotless hotel. Breakfast was great with plenty choice. Hotel was close to the main street but there were one's that were closer but I wouldn't let that put me off as the hotel made up for it. Would book again.

Springhill Suites
Pros:

Room was lovely, beds comfortable. Close to Downtown Memphis. We didn't realise we could have got hit & cold drinks & snacks throughout our stay. Free chocolate on table, we weren't sure if this was because it was Easter or they do it all the time, but it was a lovely touch.

Cons:

Night staff on check-in weren't very helpful and not very friendly but day staff on check out were very friendly & helpful. Swimming pool wasn't open despite it being 28° we all got different reasons for why it wasn't open. Also bed wasn't made or room cleaned, although bins were emptied, during our stay but we were only there 3 nights.

Für Memphis, gute Lage. Zu Fuß in 5 Minuten im Zentrum und dennoch ruhig.

Cons:

Pros:

Location was good. Within walking distance of everything. Staff lovely.

Cons:

Only given 2 towels for 3 of us and on last night there was no floor towel. Breakfast OK but let down by paper plates and cups and small plastic cutlery. Room very spacious and kitchen with fridge and microwave but nothing at all to cook or eat with
