Pros:

Breakfast was great I love the variety. They're probably should be one more waffle maker as there was a huge line for that.

Het hotel heeft 2 vleugels waarbij je in de eerste vleugel eerst een lift naar de derde verdieping moet nemen dan via een verbindingsbrug naar een andere lift moet gaan om dan daar uiteindelijk naar de vierde verdieping te kunnen gaan. Zeer omslachtig en niet klantvriendelijk.

Very good staff, old hotel, need renovations.
Pros:

The staff was really friendly and very accommodating.

Cons:

There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, they were just gonna clean it but we said that was not acceptable so they moved us to another room. I’m afraid that this is a common problem seeing how they were gonna “fix” it.

Good value for comfortable accommodation in a great location.
Pros:

Central location, walking distance to most attractions. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Complimentary laundry was great.

Cons:

Room servicing was unreliable. Did not restock coffee and toiletries or remove rubbish but did provide new towels each day.

The location was able too see everything

Cons:

All the other money that had too come out because they said I book through third party. The price for valet parking. The pool not being opening really was a downer.

A great hotel, with a great location, very clean
Pros:

Excellent location - a walking distance to the centre (Beale Street). Hughe room, large bed (for me the mattress was too soft, but I like hard mattress). Very clean.

Cons:

The location was great, but in the evening we did not feel very comfortable walking around by ourselves due to the reputation for the city itself, which has nothing to do with the hotel of course.
