Nice hotel, great staff but declining location.
Pros:

The staff!
Helpful and trying their best in a city that has declined so much in the 20 years since I last visited. I was expecting trams or trolleys running past the hotel regularly and lots of local shops and cafes as before, but the area is almost deserted now.

Cons:

The property was nice, but the location was not so good. The staff made our stay enjoyable, our allocated room did not suit, and we were quickly moved to a more suitable one.

Location and staff were great. Location was near everything in downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Rooms felt stuffy. First room we were in had no circulation. They moved us to a different room with a better view overall. Room had better circulation but still felt quite stuffy. Would still come back

Amazing Staff, great location, good value.
Pros:

Staff was very nice and courteous, willing to help, always with a smile. Ms. Jency was especially nice and welcoming. Breakfast room was good, clean, food was decent. we missed bacon and oatmeal. It would be nice to have. Maybe more fruit variety. Rooms are comfortable, bathroom could use an upgrade, but was spacious and clean. Our room was big and we had enough space to move around with a wheelchair.

Cons:

I never like to pay for parking and valet tipping every time you need your car. But I guess it is the norm for cities. The room was a bit stuffy, the first day due to the carpet.

Cons:

Ice machine only working on one floor of the 7. Breakfast was same every morning. Biscuits and Gravy only one day out 5.

If book again but heard moxy next door is better. But they don’t have a pool.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and the pool needs to be cleaned hot tub was hot but jets didn’t work

Cons:

One valet was rude( young kid) but everyone else was amazing.

Cons:

The first night there,I was hanging my clothes and the corner of the TV cut my arm. Wrote I report. I am surpose to hear from someone named Barbara. Please contact me. I just don't want anyone else to get hurt. My scare is about 7 inches long. They didn't call emt for proper care when I requested, could have benefited with a couple of butterfly switches.
