My mom really enjoyed her stay for 70th birthday and friendly staff, and beautiful newly renovated room

Breakfast was nice, I could not eat breakfast on Saturday beacause I had to leave earlier than breakfast time.

The building was under construction and Bookings.com had not updated the website . It said till May 2026 we had woken up to drilling above our heads and staff that expected us to accept this without even apologizing. Service and customer relation management score zero
