I had a horrible stay I won’t lie and the price doesn’t match my stay.
Pros:

I did not have breakfast I got there it was past breakfast time and they not tell me about it at Reception.

Cons:

When we arrived there the electricity went off for a good 2 hours and I was very disappointed.

How can The Richards still have open doors?

Convenient location

Cons:

Smell, horrible view (room 110), ~4 min for warm water to come through from " somewhere", Dust, no bar fridge for bottled water, no complimentary sealed bottled water, had to reset my room card EVERY afternoon as it was not active anymore.
Overall a VERY VERY bad experience.

Pros:

Good breakfast and nice restaurant. They had buffet dinner
Good staff, very helpful.
Clean room and wifi was ok

Cons:

Didn't know part of the hotel was under renovation. Hotel could have inform us before.
Our room was good but issue with the bathroom and toilet. No hot water for shower. Did inform the staff but was still the same. Water leakage under the toilet.
