The experience was extremely bad! I booked two rooms for one night. While before the check-in date, I had an accident and broken my leg. So I had to cancel my trip. I called with the hotel many times before the check-in date. They agreed to cancel one room for me but only refund 50% of the one room charge based on their policy, after my friend showed and completed the order. I agreed. In the past two weeks, I kept calling the hotel, booking.com, and send them emails/messages for chasing the 50% refund of the one room charge. But got nothing progress. Booking asked me to call hotel directly, hotel didn't reply. I have never had such an irresponsible attitude when I traveled! It's such a bad experience!

Was disappointed in treatment by the staff.

Cons:

Was told there was a rooftop bar we got there only to be told it was closed false advertising. Also told we had a hot tub in our room only to find out they turned it off that evening because it rained. When we asked the staff about it they were very rude and not accommodating about it.

Pros:

The location is perfect-by the sea, near the train station and short walk away from the centre. I loved the spacious room and small details like slippers ( that no other hotel i stayed in Sicily had), Room had a huge balcony with partial sea views. Breakfast with beautiful rootfop views and good coffee and freashly made omlette.
Reception staff so welcoming and friendly, especially i would like to mention Alessia and the guy at the reception working early morning ( forgot his name) . At the breakfast, the lovely man who made a good cappuccino

Cons:

A bottle of water is something i think should always be in the room, at least for the arrival. There was no kettle or iron in the room.
Breakfast has too many sweet selection, and fruit were not very fresh. And, I had to comment, that seeing a staff member constantly eating the cheese from the chese plate for the guests. I understand we all need to eat but i dont think its not really acceptable to do it this obvious not caring who sees and then do the cooking

Pros:

Freundliches Personal, super Lage direkt am Strandboulevard. Schöne Zimmer mit Balkon, von dem sich der Sonnenuntergang sehen lässt.

Cons:

In der Hoteleinstellhalle sind keine Elektro- und Hybridautos erlaubt. Sollte angekündigt sein. Konnten aber einen der beiden Aussenplätze des Hotels benutzen.
