Tuvimos una emergia medica y nos brindaron una atencion espectacular ( a destacar la actitud y buena predisposicion de Federico actuando rapidamente)
Tambien la atencion de Ana cuando llegamos y durante toda la estadia fue buenisima.

Lovely modern hotel situated near the sandy beach in Cefalu. Good breakfast served on the roof terrace. Great pool area with plenty of sunbeds and access to private beach area shared with it’s sister hotel nearby
Just a shame there was no restaurant or cafe facilities as the signs showed on the hotel facade

We booked Victoria palace half board but didn’t know we had to go to the sister hotel down the road for dinner. The menu wasn’t to our taste but this hotel, the sea palace was more to our expectations.
We booked a superior room in the V P but it definitely wasn’t that. Only 2 sockets fitted our adapters. No drawers for underwear other than a slim one in the writing desk below the tv. Only cnn available on tv. There isn’t a bus service as the roads are too narrow, we didn’t know that. It was extremely hot which was fine but maybe this impacted on locals as we found a few a bit grumpy? We tried to speak Italian but failed miserably. Breakfast here isn’t very comprehensive- no bacon only fried ham sausage salad pastries. 3 choices of cereal. Maybe this is ok for some but this holiday wasn’t cheap and we felt slightly disappointed with it.
Pool bar was a small serving set up with only sandwiches available for lunch. No bar as such just a fridge no tea coffee available. Not a pool bar to my expectations.
Air con in room was inadequate had it on 13 degrees and wasn’t cool enough.
Friendly staff but we wouldn’t go back.
The town of cefalu is stunning so maybe we chose the wrong hotel? The old town is just gorgeous.
There was a pool and beach option.
Too many rules, no outdoor food or drinks, including a bottle of soda, water, etc. We booked a taxi to the airport in advance and paid in advance, upon checking out, we had to pay again and the girl at the front desk was giving a hard time when we said we already paid and we left without a refund. We had to reach out after via booking.com to settle the issue and we were refunded finally but they should really train the staff not to be so abrasive. It’s an easy walk down the water to the main part of town but you’re better off staying in town. It’s not much of an exciting stay here.
Great location near the beach and historic city center. Access to nice private beach included. Friendly and supportive staff. Comfortable rooms and beds. Nice breakfast buffet with plenty of choices and great espresso.
Fruit selection at breakfast could be better (though quality was good). Swimming pool and beach closes in principle at 7pm already (but we got access to the private beach anyhow just after 7pm due to late arrival).
Great Location with only a short walk to the old town. Literally opposite the beach if you fancy a sea swim. Large and comfortable rooms.
It was good that there was a pool bar but drinks were very expensive compared with bars and restaraunts close by. I would have used the hotel pool bar everyday. We got told that we could not even drink our own water at the pool (but we did)
