Ein Hotelbetrieb im organisatorischen Chaos

Ich wurde in einem anderen Hotel verfrachtet, obschon ich bereits ein Long Term Reservation (Februar 2026) gemacht habe, damit ich ganz sicher im Hotel Übernachten kann. Weil ich in der Nähe ein Verbandsevent hatte.

Cons:

Ich finde es schade, dass heute Duschköpfe nicht verstellbar sind (stark, schwach, Strahl, Regen, ..). Auch dürfte es zum neuen Ibis.-Standard gehören, man bekommt pro Person nur mehr ein großes Handtuch für das Abtrocknen nach dem Duschen und kein kleines zum Händeabtrocken. Schade.

Pros:

Ragazzi alla ricezione molto cordiali e disponibili. Posizione comoda con fermata bus a 2min per la città di Friborgo, abbiamo apprezzato la camera climatizzata in questi giorni torridi.
Non abbiamo preso la colazione e non possiamo valutarla.

Cons:

Camera un pochino squallida, nella nostra doccia mancava lo shampo doccia e mani che ci sono poi stati dati alla ricezione. Pulizia in generale non al top, in corridoio delle camere al nostro piano un mucchio di asciugamani sporchi lasciati a terra per tutta la notte vicino all'ascensore, non un bel vedere. Peccato, abbiamo soggiornato in diversi Ibis, questo lo abbiamo trovato un pochino trasandato. Ma ovviamente è la nostra opinione

Pratique pour une nuit
Pros:

Emplacement très pratique, à 3 minutes du Forum. Chambre propre, lumineuse. Douche d'angle plutôt spacieuse.

Cons:

Le frigo n'était pas branché à mon arrivée. Il y avait 2 draps de bain mais pas de serviette de toilette / essuye-mains. Pas de prise électrique à côté du lit. Une seule salle de petit déjeûner et une seule machine à café pour les 2 hôtels (Ibis et Ibis budget) - ce n'est vraiment pas suffisant.

Accueil souriant et très professionnel / Toujours une solution si besoin / Parking sous l'hôtel / Propreté impeccable de la chambre, salle de bains et du reste de l'établissement / petit déjeuner correcte avec suffisamment de choix pour le prix et régulièrement réassorti (croissants en suffisance par ex.).
