Location and view
Our room was filthy, the teaspoons had not been changed from the previous occupants, filthy with tea stains. There was dirt and gunk around the light switches and the bathroom had plastered over holes in the wall where tiles used to be. The doors were filthy. There was monitoring board in the entire hotel, and some reception were rude and obnoxious.

Hôtel et chambres un peu vieillot, les serveuses au resto manque parfois de professionnalisme, même si très sympa. Par ex. On nous dit un jour qu'il n'y a pas de carte des vins. Le lendemain on nous en apporte une...
Nous devions avoir une chambre deluxe vue mer - mais a la place nous avons eu une chambre standard vue parking - Et même pas un geste commerciale très dessus vue le prix payé

Sticky, grubby and my mind is blown by how terrible the food is….. we could see the staff (manager) eating in the kitchen beside all the premade food. How is this place so badly run? It has such an amazing view but unfortunately the standard is zero. There is no hygiene standard, everything has a film of grime on it. The buffet breakfast, stale bread, discolored ham, sweaty cheese, dirty plates, cutlery and glasses. We had scrambled eggs which came out slimy and had a fishy taste, eggs Benedict had hard eggs and an unpleasant white sauce. Pancakes were from a premade packet, bacon and sausages were awful, coffee cold. This place could be so much more.
The location is fantastic and the view from the bedroom window was lovely.
Bedroom was comfortable, food was amazing.
Lady on reception was so disinterested in her job no eye contact or small talk very off-putting for first impression of the hotel
