Cons:

The staff at breakfast was horrible. They kept harassing this man that had his service dog with him. Although they were not bothering other guests staff kept telling him that he couldn’t.

The hotel is very near our family and we used it mostly just to sleep, shower and breakfast. Worked great for us!

Cons:

Parking was a bit of a challenge but that we owe to Mother Nature…snow piles!

Cons:

No towels. Staff were all “just ok”. Plumbing , sinks not draining and homeless folks in the hotel, not monitored. No towels in AM, so the cleaning staff did not do their job prior to us checking in. Septa (Philly train station) is 1000 feet from hotel and they have to alert/honk by law, as they pass the train station, so you will hear it, and if that’s an issue for you, don’t stay at this hotel. Breakfast was just ok
