Pros:

The bed was comfortable. I liked that there was no carpet on the floors.

Cons:

The bathroom needed painted and the bathroom door needed replaced. The refrigerator was not in good shape but it kept drinks cold.

Beds were comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water.

Cons:

Both nights we were there the fire alarm went off at midnight. The 2nd night we actually had to be evacuated. Also, the bathroom floor in room 219 was falling apart and the grout was everywhere and the room had a weird smell.

Horrible the place is absolutely dirty.

Location was convenient

Cons:

It was filthy! There was blood on the wall in the room. The linen sheets were dirty on the bed and when you remove the top sheet there were bed bugs. It supposed to be a non smoking hotel. There were people smoking cigarettes and drugs on floor 3. Kevin the manager obviously did not care. He refused to refund me my total I paid. We did not stay we left 2 hours later. I will be contacting the board or health and also the better business bureau.

Pros:

My receipt said no breakfast included

Cons:

I asked for a handicap bathroom but didn’t get one. I ask for toilet riser but they didn’t have one. I had to go downstairs to the public bathroom to a handicap stall. I brought a swim suit for the indoor pool. It was closed and so was the workout room. I was there six days and they never once cleaned my room.

Entered a cold room, took a cold shower, went to sleep for two hours, and awoke to a very cold room. No heat. Swapped out to a nicer room.

The front staff man was super nice. The lobby was beautiful. Room was beyond gross.

Cons:

I had mold, bug casings, and exposed nails in my room, caused me to have an allergic attack. And there was blood on the curtain rod. (I have pictures)

My family and I will choose another hotel if we visit Cincinnati in the future.

Thw breakfast selections were balaced with the cost of the room.

Cons:

Dead roaches in my room which I showed the person on staff the pictures, filthy bathroom floor, carpet dirty.

Cons:

The room that we were in the bathroom started leaking in the sink I call the front desk. They refused to move rooms 3 o’clock in the morning our bathroom and sleeping area at standing water that ruined Christmas gifts and bags for traveling that we had management would not replace our merchandise. They’ve promised to Khol never have called.
