The public spaces of the hotel seemed fine.
The rooms (we had two) were not very good. One smelled of cigarette smoke and the other (supposedly an upgraded room) had less than one foot of space next to one side of the bed with no nightstand on that side. There were several long hairs on the bed. The HVAC vent blew air directly onto the bed, which caused us to turn the system off entirely before we went to sleep.
I have a new favorite hotel in Conshohocken. Alisca Tyrah was a welcoming presence at the front desk.
I had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! I was there for a few days for a business meeting —I asked the front desk, specifically Marlanea, and she went above and beyond to help me with a few things completely unrelated to her job—with the kindest attitude and smile! It saved me a few hours and was so appreciated. She and David from engineering are wonderful. I also had dinner in Legends and was really pleased with the food and Nicole was so much fun! My first night here, the evening person ( I believe his name was Jermaine?— offered me complimentary snack from the food area which was so kind and unexpected. Can’t say enough good things about my stay!
Jermaine, was amazing and business friendly and supportive to ensure a smooth check-in process.

My husband and I stayed for 3 days during the snowstorm. Our experience was 100 % perfect!! Everyone at the hotel was so amazingly helpful and hospitable!! The room was beautiful. The gym and pool areas were so beautiful and clean and we loved it! The breakfast was delicious!! Every day was something new and creative.
And most importantly, we CANNOT say enough about Nicole and Wesley!! They treated us like royalty and offered to get us anything we needed! The Concierge Lounge was spectacular!! Nicole and Wesley should be congratulated on providing a top-of-the-top experience for all of their guests.
And please also recognize Marty and Jermaine at the front desk who always greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome!!

Tyrah, Alisca, and Floyd were truly amazing! They were able to recommend food suggestions, as well as places to visit while we were on our date night.
Tyrah has a great personality as well, we felt very welcome and will visit again!! You have some amazing people. They are true to the Marriott Brand. They get really 10 stars!!

A shout out Floyd who saved the day allowing our grandchildren to use the pool when the Residence Inn we had booked nearby had water problems and was unavailable. Floyd is a great associate and I appreciate him going out of his way for us. People do make the difference

Marlanea at the front desk always had a smile and greeted us whenever she saw us. She gave us information about several restaurants nearby as well as literature about Valley Forge. Seasia gave us a warm welcome and remembered what we like to drink with breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. Location is good if you don't want to stay in the city but still drive in for dinner. Lots of good restaurants in Conshy too.
Everyone at this hotel was very kind and helpful especially Floyd. He went out of his way to help us out. We will definitely come and stay here again. Thank you Floyd !
