The hotel was pleasant and the suite was spacious and comfortable. We had an excellent dinner at the Red Rock Trattoria
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The suite was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice.

Cons:

Despite having a microwave and a fridge, there were no dishes and no cutlery. We had planned to have cereal and bread for breakfast, but we had to plead with the restaurant for some bowls and spoons.

Great spot in Waterton
Pros:

Dry convenient to the downtown area, walkable. Front desk was super friendly nd very responsive to anything we needed. The unit was spacious and comfortable.

Close to town, we stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was really nice

Cons:

The outside walkway and area needed to be cleaned off, dead flowers and spider webs all over the walkway! It would be so beautiful if someone would just take care of the outside

Great location but it was pretty pricey.
Pros:

It is in a great location within Waterton.

Cons:

It was fairly pricey for what it was. We had the king deluxe and the temperature variations from room to room were pretty wild. It wasn’t a hot day at all but the rooms were quite hot. The AC is only in one of the rooms and struggles to keep the room cool.

Have not been to Waterton for over 15 years and nothing much have changed to the surrounding area.
Pros:

Check-in was very easy and staff was friendly. Room and bathroom was very clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft. Location was convenient and across from the restaurants and lake area.

Bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft. The high window had no curtains so although the glass doors had curtains, it was too bright in the morning. Wifi was very poor. Lost connection to the room twice or more and I had to use my own data for my ipad. Channel selection was not great with mostly US news or you would have to subscribe to special network. A slight disappointment was when I mentioned that we were celebrating our 30th anniversary and, there was nothing special set-up unless they don't do anything for that special touch. Cost per night was very high for a place with no lift to the second floor and with no amenities.
