Please note the pool is undergoing maintenance until further notice ,to ensure the continued enjoyment and satisfaction of our guest guests during this period, we have arrange for alternative swimming options just 2 minutes away from the hotel.

Carlton Tower Hotel will undergo essential maintenance and improvement works starting 6th of August 2025. These works are expected to cause some daytime disturbance between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our guests during their stay. The project includes a complete refurbishment of the swimming pool as well as structural enhancements to the hotel’s main building.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

近期在施工，因此部分區域有噪音，但房間不受影響，而且獲得升等到套房。早餐種類不多但精緻，距離地鐵站只要3分鐘步行。退房後遺留物品忘記帶走，後來主動聯絡我並保管至我回去領取，服務良好。

couldn’t sleep and they mentioned the renovations after charging the costs from my card and refused to refund me 8 night

Plus worst service at the counter from the two guys that work there
Hopefully I will get my refund because this literally scamming the clients.

Fantastic Service
Pros:

Fantastic service by Jireh. Looked after all our needs. I will be staying at the Carlton Tower Dubai again. The room Jireh provided was comfortable and met my needs. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and will be great once finished.
