Pros:

近期在施工，因此部分區域有噪音，但房間不受影響，而且獲得升等到套房。早餐種類不多但精緻，距離地鐵站只要3分鐘步行。退房後遺留物品忘記帶走，後來主動聯絡我並保管至我回去領取，服務良好。

couldn’t sleep and they mentioned the renovations after charging the costs from my card and refused to refund me 8 night
Cons:

Worst hotel experience ever
Drilling and renovations
Plus worst service at the counter from the two guys that work there
Hopefully I will get my refund because this literally scamming the clients.

Construction work on the hotel currently, protective sheets on the carpet outside the room we stayed in, noisy throughout one of the nights as construction was going from 5am onwards

Very disappointing, and not the fault of the staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was very average. The staff were very friendly, but their facilities were very basic.

Cons:

The hotel would have been great in years gone by, but my room was not what I expected for a hotel rated as 4 star. It was more likely 2 star 🌟. Only one out of 3 lights worked in the bathroom also the air conditioning vent in the bathroom fell half out. The air-conditioning could not be changed or altered. After I had paid, there was an apology for the hotel undergoing renovations, but there was no warning initially. Staff were very nice and continued to be apologetic.
