Good place to stay for one night.
Pros:

Very nice location. Came for a concert. Not too far of a drive from the arena. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Room smelled mildewy. Poor draining in the bathtub. Listing says “breakfast included” and I was under the impression that it was continental but it’s actually a restaurant you have to pay for which is a bummer. Also have to pay to park overnight.

Room was clean and close to the airport.

Cons:

Although the staff was very nice, I was very disappointed with the shuttle service during my stay. The day we arrived, my husband dropped off our rental car at the airport and waited at the designated pickup location as instructed. Despite waiting for over an hour and a half, the hotel shuttle never arrived. I spoke with the front desk to request a pickup, but the shuttle still failed to arrive, and my husband ultimately had to walk two miles back to the hotel.

Cons:

It took more than an hour for sandwich and wings. Food wasn’t good at all.

A good choice if you’re only connecting overnight in PHL – otherwise go downtown

Check in took a long time, none of the shower supplies were stocked. Shampoo and body wash were completely empty. No access to the balcony in our room
