Close to the venue for the concert we were going to
Check in took a long time, none of the shower supplies were stocked. Shampoo and body wash were completely empty. No access to the balcony in our room

The hotel is amazing. It is beautiful, large rooms and extremely comfortable beds. The “free”breakfast was made to order and very good. Friendly and efficient staff. Would highly recommend staying here.
The hotel is a few minutes from the airport (by car). Location is convenient.
The hotel itself is large and the rooms are spacious, albeit a bit old and tired (and include an alarm clock from the previous century). I actually checked two rooms as the first one assigned smelled of smoke. To the manager’s credit, moving to a better-smelling room wasn’t an issue.
The shuttle is fine. One has to call and request a pickup. You will likely get a tracking link, which doesn’t work… Good luck seeing the shuttle if you called for a pick up during rush time at the airport…. The drivers are nice and effective.
The rooms are comfortable but a bit "tired". Room cleanliness might vary; do not hesitate to ask for a different room.
The self-service shop downstairs is convenient but expensive (water, soft-drinks, snacks, yogurt, etc.).
Plan on waiting for the shuttle for a while. You might even miss it if you don't see it (fortunately the drivers are aware and may circle again looking for you). Take an Uber if you are in a rush.
Close location to the airport. They offer a shuttle which is huge. The female shuttle driver was just awesome- she was upbeat, very organized and so friendly. Ate a good meal in their restaurant

La habitación olía mucho a humedad, incluso las sábanas se notaban húmedas. Nos todo una habitación en el primer piso y no tenia prácticamente luz natural
