Once, I looked at my credit card and saw I was overcharged by over $95! Now I have to spend my time trying to get this corrected
Everything about the stay was excellent. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and genuine. The room was roomy and clean, the bed was comfy.
The only negative I can think of was a humming sound in the bedroom, but with earplugs that was a total non-issue.

Dirty, old, tired, smelly room
Proximity to the airport and free shuttle to and from airport. It was also very quiet.
The carpet in our room was very dirty. There was at least one large stain, and what appeared to be very old gum stuck in the carpet.

My son just had knee surgery and not very good on his crutches. When booking I asked if they had a wheelchair I could borrow, they said no, which was fine because she offered to put me on floor number two the closest door to the elevator. When we checked in, we were on floor number 95 doors down from the elevator. So I put him on a luggage cart and wheeled him to the room. Upon booking, it had said free breakfast, free shuttles. My breakfast apparently was not included in my stay.

Upon arrival the body wash bottle was empty and body lotion was almost empty. We stayed for 4 nights and coffee, cream, and sugar were not replaced and no stir sticks. Hallway in front of our two rooms was dirty and not vacuumed during our 4 nights stay. My mother who traveled from Japan likes taking a bath but stopper in the bath tub didn’t work. The maintenance staff came to fix it but still didn't work.

Sucio, máquina de café mala se salía el agua y no funcionaba, máquina de agua del piso estaba mala, debía ir a otro piso x agua.
Al bajar en ascensor se quedó parada entre pisos y no abrió la puerta, al tocar el timbre del ascensor para pedir ayuda nadie contestó. Alfombra de la habitación sucia.
Personal de recepción muy poco atento y no resuelven problemas dijeron que abusarán sobre la máquina de café y máquina de agua del piso y no se resolvió nada y nadie llegó para resolver los problemas.
En resumen muy mal hotel.
