Will definitely stay again!
Pros:

The room was so clean and I like the layout of the hallways.. the food in the bar was good. Staff was nice. Loved the 12th floor pantry

Pros:

Nice place, but the staff came across as unfriendly. They said they’d be with me shortly, but continued chatting with each other, which felt like it took priority over helping customers.

Cons:

I paid $140 for the room, which didn’t include breakfast. I had reserved a king bed but was given two doubles instead, and on top of that, I had to pay $25 to park in the lot for just six hours.

Wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

There is no breakfast just bad coffee in the room.

Cons:

Hotel has almost no amenities they only gave us two towels and there is no breakfast unless you’re a club member. Also the parking is expensive for no reason and the carpets are gross in the rooms.

Clean, Friendly and Hospitable
Pros:

The hotel was clean, staff so friendly, bar and restaurant had great food and both bartender/ servers were amazing! Shuttle to airport was perfect! Will definitely go back!
