Horrible . Wouldn’t stay here again

The heat wasn’t working
The switched out room because the water wouldn’t drain from the tub after shower . Just to move us to another room NO HEAT!!!!! Really the worst stay I’ve had .

Very good, more than I had expected for an airport-zone hotel. Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Nicely decorated, spacious, at close distance to the airport. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed, crispy clean sheets.
There is a small shop with a convenient range of sandwiches, salads, fruit, soda, water.
Breakfast was à la carte and really good. Scrambled eggs were made at the moment and toast was excellent.

Find Somewhere Else
Cons:

The gate is broken upon arriving at the facility. Our room door was rattling from the wind alerting us to the fact that the lock on the door wasn't even functional. When attempting to take a shower upon returning to the hotel not even 3-4 hours after we checked in is when we found out the shower wasn't functional and the faucet wasn't even flush with the wall. The remote to the TV also picked and choose when it responded. When calling the staff downstairs the concierge was in the midst of a discussion with the guy that helped check us in upon arrival and was laughing in my ear while trying to get the usual greeting out before continuing the laugh and asking hello as if I'm in the wrong for waiting for some form of professionalism. I was transferred to management upon declining a new room and was informed we would only receive half of our money back even though we spent no more than 2 hours max in the hotel altogether. Now that I've began the process since management did not contact the third party as they alleged they would they mysteriously can't be found now.
