Convenient and easy
Pros:

Convenient location for a quick overnight stay while visiting family member in Lower Hutt hospital.
Great to have restaurant on site with $15 discount voucher provided.

Cons:

Bathrooms a bit tired but they were clean and lovely soaps, shampoos and lotions provided.

Pros:

Nice restaurant and the meal was very nice.

Cons:

A long walk to our room and the car park for your vehicle was not privately fenced from the public footpath.

Very pleasant.
Pros:

We didn't stay long in the room as we were at a function and arrived late. The receptionist on check in (sorry did not get her name) was fantastic, very friendly and pleasant. She was also very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the location great.

Don’t think I will make use of this hotel again
Pros:

The friendly staff and friendly cockatoo that greet you when you enter or exit the reception. Convenience of the location.

Cons:

The breakfast price not worth the amount. Menu prices a bit expensive. We struggled to get hot water. And the linen on the bed had stains on it. The rooms furniture definitely needs upgrading and the carpets were not very clean.

Went down for Concert - was great location. Easy walk to shopping centre.

Ground floor room had french doors out to car park,

Cons:

Weird bits like previous shelving for microwave etc bench and basin dated room. Throw on bed didn't add to room either.

Comfy bed in a storm
Pros:

Got caught in stormy weather after ferry was cancelled - room was warm and cosy. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Fantastic service and Amazing Food
Pros:

Customer service overall was amazing first time I came back to NZ for 20 yrs and I Aroha how the hotel is starting to do Renovations staff were absolutely amazing and the restaurant Kai was fabulous

Cons:

Having a bar would have been nice I had a catchup with school friends so we ended up going down to petone would have been great to see the Angus still have this facility
