A good hotel and location, really good value.
Pros:

The location was good though that made it noisy on occasion. The room and bed were comfy. Breakfast was good but it felt like a cafeteria because of its setup.

Das Personal in der Tagschicht war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Man wurde herzlich empfangen und bei Fragen gut unterstützt. Auch das Zimmer war angenehm geräumig. Zudem hat das Hotel auf meine Rückmeldung reagiert und mir unkompliziert ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, was ich als serviceorientiert empfunden habe.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider sehr hellhörig. Nachts waren laute Musik und betrunkene Gäste deutlich zu hören, was den Schlaf erheblich gestört hat. Auch das höher gelegene Zimmer brachte hier keine Verbesserung.

Das Personal in der Nachtschicht war zwar nicht unfreundlich, wirkte jedoch eher kühl und wenig herzlich. Hier wäre etwas mehr Freundlichkeit wünschenswert.

Zudem könnte bei der Sauberkeit noch sorgfältiger gearbeitet werden. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für mich daher nicht überzeugend und ich würde das Hotel nicht erneut buchen.
