в целом хорошо, но с нюансами
Pros:

Отличное месторасположение в центре, близко ко всему - еда, рынок, инфраструктура. Большая благодарность отелю за отклик на просьбу о соседних номерах, нам предоставили два номера с общим балконом. Хорошие завтраки. Удобные кровати.
недостатки ниже были терпимы, но создавали определенные неудобства, которые приходилось как-то решать и не всегда быстро это получалось
проживание 8-22 марта 2026, практически все время пришлось ездить на северный пляж, на центральном были сильные волны

Cons:

конкретно по номеру: нет места для вещей, только 5 вешалок и ни одной полки или шкафчика, чтобы положить одежду, пришлось заваливать стулья и держать часть в чемодане.
в ванной не было дверки в душевой кабине ( вообще никакой - ни стекла, ни шторки), соответственно вся вода после мытья была по всему полу, а потом в результате пол в отпечатках следов от тапок. вытирать полы белым полотенцем пусть и для ног рука не поднималась
уборку проводили в номере 2 горничные за 2-3 минуты, мытье полов в номере было скорее номинальным, а в ванной учитывая вышенаписанное вообще так себе.
после нескольких дней нормальные емкости в ванной для шампуня и геля заменили на одноразовые, которые заканчивались и их не заменяли, приходилось выбивать через рецепцию и это не всегда удавалось

I would return
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was great—from check-in to breakfast and housekeeping. The breakfast selection was good, with something different offered each day.

The room was spacious. I also appreciated that housekeeping cleaned the room daily, even when I didn’t request it.

Cons:

When I asked for a second key card for my room, I was refused simply because I was travelling alone. I explained that I needed the power to remain on in the room for my work laptop, but was told that guests are not allowed to leave the power on when they are not in the room.

This response felt inflexible and lacking in understanding, especially given a reasonable request. It was disappointing that no effort was made to offer a solution or accommodate my situation.

This incident happened towards the end of my stay and significantly affected my overall impression of the hotel. While it may seem like a small issue, it reflects poorly on the level of customer service.

Не заставлять людей платить за то чем они не пользовались.
Pros:

Большая комната, вид на море, горячая вода, неплохие завтраки, быстрый Интернет, лифт работает хорошо, отель довольно новый.
Все что нужно рядом, в самом центре города.

Cons:

Отключали электричество один раз на 3 часа, при выезде заставили заплатить за две бутылки воды из бара, которые мы и не трогали.
Даже фото сделали, что якобы крышки были отвинчены)
Испортили все впечатление об отеле из-за грошовых бутылок- не отдавали залог 500 т донгов пока не заплатим 30 т донгов ( 100 р прим) заплатили конечно, чек не дали , бутылки эти за которые мы заплатили тоже не дали.
Бутылки эти мы НЕ открывали.
В чем прикол не поняли)))

Widok z 19 piętra, wygodne łóżko, czysto, zapach w hotelu jak w perfumerii, dobre śniadania, basen na dachu

Cons:

Brudne szyby na basenie psuły cały efekt wow, w sobotę o 6 rano obudził Nas poranny trening na wybrzeżu, muzyka z głośników i jakiś debil darł się przez mikrofon dopingując ćwiczących

Останавливались в этом отели второй раз. Очень порадовало, что ничего не изменилось в худшую сторону. Единственное, что огорчило, в этот раз не поздравили с Днем рождения и не было приветственных фруктов.

Clean and Central
Pros:

The room was very large. Breakfast was generous. If you wanted to be in the downtown than this is the place for you.

Cons:

Although large the room was very cold and felt barren. There were no paintings. Furniture was standard modern and clean. It was not cozy and we wanted to leave the room, not stay in. The hotel hallways and downstairs reception was the same. Staff were efficient but not as friendly as in the other areas of Vietnam.
