Never Stay Here Again!
Pros:

Will NEVER stay here again. They had running water & cool air. That's about it.

Horrible from start! Did not want to give us type room we reserved. My spouse got very upset! Yes, loud & upset which wasnt right. They cancelled our room in front of us! Sarcastic remarks being made! My spouse apologized b/c we were stuck with nowhere else to stay. They finally gave us another room. I dont know if they gave us an out of service room b/c of prior incudent or what, but I was very disappointed. Mold & mildew in vents, picture frames, ceiling paint peeling off in several spots & hanging down, crack in ceiling about 3 foot long, area of carpet just missing in front of refrigerator, bathtub had chipped area in it, some awful orange/brown substance coming out of bathroom vent & splattered down door, rusted light fixtures, ETC.! Will never stay here again & will advise others not to. It was an upsetting, degrading, unforgettable experience that I wish I could forget. Now I have to keep checking my account to make sure Im not double charged for 2 nights since they cancelled my room at first. I guess they thought I was going to pay King Suite price for the Standard King. Just still very upset & disappointed over entire thing.

Pros:

Hotel is old and out dated.. it wasn’t what I expected from the pictures on the website. The pool area was filthy and the rooms were full of rust. Never again

It was ok. I would stay Gin only for the rooms.

the furniture was old and needed upgrading. The breakfast was ok. The entire building needed much upgrading
The pool was nasty and not clean. My kids could not swim. The carpet in. The halls needs upgrading also.

I will never stay at this hotel again.The experience was not pleasant.
Pros:

I didn’t like anything about the property.The property smell horrible it had a really bad odor soon as you walked threw the door. The rooms that I had didn’t smell any better.

Cons:

One of the rooms that they moved me to had mold on the wall,paint was chipping off the walls, the carpet was filthy. The experience was horrible.

Lobby smelled horrible.
The lobby floor and around the elevators, in the elevators and on our floor(3rd floor) in front of the elevators had something spilled all over it that no one bothered to clean for our entire stay. The rooms were not cleaned very well. There was food crumbs all over the tables and the couch, there were hand prints all over the head boards. The hallways looked unclean. The cleanliness overall is my main complaint but it’s a big one for sure!!

Not horrible, but nothing like the pics. Nice people tho.

The breakfast was good, location was great! Staff was very friendly!

Cons:

There was mold on the ceiling in the hall just outside our room, large amounts of paint peeling off the wall, furniture in dining area upholstery nearly peeled off completely, wobbling tables, just in poor shape. Never got housekeeping restock for linen and the water temp was low… lukewarm at best. BEDS WERE HARD!!!!!
