Overall bad I think I over paid

The first room had no tv and the second room the tv didn’t work they gave me another excuse but I didn’t want to hear it.

Cons:

Checked in and was given room 402. The tv didn’t work , so I tried to call the font desk but the phone didn’t work either. I went to the front desk and was relocated to room 313. I collected all my things from 402 went to 313 opened the door and a large older man was laying in bed watching tv. I went back to the front desk told them and they gave me room 120. It took about an hour and twenty minutes from the time I got there to get settled into a room. I like staying at comfort suites but I’ll never stay at that one again!

The property needs renovation bad. It is probably one of the oldest hotel in that area.
Pros:

The waffles that I ate was great and so was the rest of the food.

Cons:

The juice machine was not cold so the drinks were not good to drink.

I wont be staying again. Hotel needs a refresh and cleaned thoroughly

The hotel smelled damp and musty. The room had dust caked on furniture. Bed sheets were stained yellow in certain areas.
Bathroom wall was broken up in certain areas.
The tv could only go to certain channels.

Cons:

The whole facility needs to be updated. The tv in our room did not work at all and the tub was gritty and dirty. Due to a holiday, no other rooms were available

Horrible!
Pros:

The Hotel needs upgrading. There's nothing to really say too good. The staff was okay.

Cons:

Very unclean.... Pool was dirty and the water was green. They call a pool tech to come dump a lot of chlorine in it to clean it. After and hour the pool was clear but still was scared to get in. The rooms wasn't good at all. The furniture was OLD and it had a very bad smell when you walked into the hotel.

Pros:

I did not go get breakfast because the stay was awful. Was ready to go!!!!

Cons:

The water was cold, No hot water!!!! Do not stay at this place. The room was stinky and the carpet was bad.

It was underwhelming.
Pros:

We liked the closeness to our family we were visiting, the number of beds, the comfort of the beds. Not much else to recommend here.

Cons:

It is run down. Paint peeling, Overused and dirty carpeting, dents, fraying, terrible upholstery in the common eating area - like it hasn't be kept up. Elevator worked fine, but there were again great signs of aging and fingerprints all over the doors. The pool was green and had more than a few leaves in the bottom. Finger prints in the common areas on every glass surface. The smell as a result was musty, and not greatly pleasing. One potential renter spotted mold in their bedroom and because they have mold sensitivity in their family had to cancel and go find another place to stay at the end of their day. Seems like there is not enough staff to keep the hotel up and no desire to change out what is obviously old, frayed, worn and dilapidated.
