Ils abusent de leur position vis-à-vis des clients. Payer pour l’eau est incompréhensible

Cons:

En ayant réservé le dîner dans le package, l’eau plate n’était pas incluse dans le repas du soir. Nous avons vu des gens avec leur propre bouteille donc nous avons fait de même et on nous a d’abord dit que c’était ok et qu’on pouvait demander au restaurant de remplir notre bouteille. Ils nous ont ensuite dit que non et qu’il fallait payer l’eau (utilisant l’argument que l’eau n’était pas vraiment potable au robinet alors qu’on peut remplir nos bouteilles dans les chambres et dans les fontaines en ville) et qu’on ne pouvait pas amener d’autre bouteilles que celle du restaurant. En plus, le prix de la bouteille d’eau était plus cher que dans les autres restaurants en ville et dans les autres villes autour. Demander aux clients qui paient déjà plus de 1000€ pour 5 nuits de payer pour de l’eau qui est potable au robinet est absurde et inadmissible.
Qualité des repas est ok mais pas incroyable

Trevlig personal, bra läge och parkering

Cons:

Mycket lyhört mellan rummen. Vi väcktes vid 05.20 varje dag sopbilen kom och väsnades fruktansvärt mycket.

이 비싼 도시에서 그나마 찾은 현실적인 대안
Pros:

중심부에서 멀지 않으면서도 코르티나 담페초 주 버스정류장에 매우 가깝고 마트도 가깝다.
뷰가 꽤 괜찮아서 트래킹 종료 후에 발코니에서 경치 보면서 시간 보낼 때 매우 기분이 좋았다.
작게 건식 샤워부스를 넣기보다 습식과 커튼 조합이어서 생각보다 샤워도 괜찮았다.
하프보드라 아침/저녁 먹었는데 무난했습니다.
리셉션 직원분들도 친절합니다.

Cons:

방 정리 시 미니바 체크가 좀 부실한 것 같다. 미니바를 이용 안했는데 쪽지가 남아있었다면 체크아웃 시 반드시 확인 필요.
리셉션에서는 미니바 관련 이의제기를 잘 받아줘서 문제가 되진 않았음.

Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja 📍 w centrum Cortiny. Hotel posiada swój parking.

Cons:

Pokoje wymagają remontu, szczególnie łazienki.

The perfect stay to a perfect location.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely incredible and always made sure we were happy and comfortable. Always felt safe and happy to be there. Could not recommend more!
