Clean, Modern, and Super Friendly Staff
Pros:

had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and everything felt quite new and organized. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was also good and met my expectations. What stood out the most was the staff — everyone was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel

Overall it was a pleasant stay
Pros:

Spacious rooms,comfy beds, nice location in the modern city zone , very helpful staff specially Fabio helped us retrieve a lost item in a taxi which was great.

Cons:

Despite being in a complimentary upgraded room there was a huge discomfort as bathroom had a huge balcony window which was very inconvenient as it had no blackout curtains so there was no privacy in the bathroom.

Thanks for an incredible stay & upgrade
Pros:

What an incredible hotel and staff. It was the second time in Milano, and this time I was given an upgrade to the Duomo suite on the penthouse floor - grazie mille regazzi! The location is fantastic - a short (4 min) walk to the efficient Milan's metropolitana Garibaldi FS and the links to the rest of Milan. The staff are really helpful and breakfasts are great.

Clean and good location.

Cons:

The room and the hotel in general was warm. I have complained several times and their staff unfortunately did not say the truth. They always advise that their technician will look into the matter. But unfortunately no change in the situation.
One of their staff advised me that it is the government rules to set up the ac temperature of the hotel at a certain degree !!!!!!!
I may consider this hotel again.in winter but NOT in summer or if the weather is warm

Super Hotel mit fehlendem Parkplatz

Nettes Hotel, sehr schönes Ambiente, nette Bar

Cons:

Kein Parkplatz, keine Ent- oder Beladestation vor dem Hotel, Lage des Hotels im Bahnhofviertel, kennzeichnet durch (vom Personal beschrieben) höhergradiges kriminelles Umfeld und mit vermehrten Einbrüchen in geparkte Autos -sowohl auf der Straße als auch im vorgeschlagenen Parkhaus! „ Auto komplett ausräumen!“ sei der sicherste Schutz vor Einbruch laut Hotelpersonal ☹️
Auch ein Privat Parken oder Parkservice ist nicht vorhanden
