Fantastické ubytování s méně fantastickým personálem
Pros:

Penthouse byl parádní, prostorný a skvěle zařízený. Snídaně fantastické. Výhled na Alpy neuvěřitelný.

Cons:

Některý personál by si měl uvědomit kde pracuje a dle toho se chovat.

السعر مبالغ فيه مقابل خدمة سيئه جدا قبل اسوي شيك ان الاسلوب جميل بعد التشيك ان تغير الاسلوب وصارو غير مهتمين بعيد عن الدومو نص ساعه مشي الحسنه الوحيده جنب محطة المترو ازعاج في الغرفه الصوت الي برا كله في الغرفه تنظيف الغرف سيء اخذته على انه جنب الدومو وطلع بعيد واخذ ضريبة المدينة مبلغ مبالغ فيه 10 يورو للشخص غير قيمة السكن الي 12 الف 8 ايام

مكان جميل ونظيف وواسع، يحتاج تحسين الخدمات، وتهذيب بعض الموظفين.
Pros:

موقعه قريب جدا من بورتا نوفا، حيث المحلات والمطاعم العصرية. كما أن المطعم به مطاعم ممتازة جدا. الغرف واسعة ونظيفة. الخدمة جيدة. أود شكر الموظف الذي ساعدني في حمل الحقائب، لا أذكر اسمه لكنه من الجنسية الفلبينية.

Cons:

بعض الموظفين (في الاستقبال) تعاملهم به استخفاف وتعالي. يقومون بتوفير علبة مياه واحدة يوميا في الغرفة، ولا يعيدون ملء الشاي والقهوة. الأسرة أبدا غير مريحة، والوسائد واضح أنها قديمة جدا ومستهلكة.

Pros:

Good location near many cafes and restaurants and 20 min walking to Dumo. The rooms were good size. Excellent communication via email prior to arrival respecting our request of 2 adjacent rooms. Easy check out and responded to our request for a car to the airport.

Cons:

Check in took little bit long time but they upgrade our rooms according to our genius level in booking.com. Far from train station and not very central.

Śniadania w obiekcie były dobre , dla każdego coś się znajdzie ,personel miły i otwarty na pomoc.

Cons:

Po zameldowaniu w obiekcie została pobrana kaucja 100 € na jak to powiedzieli , zniszczenia i uszkodzenia które mogły by powstać podczas naszego pobytu , po wymeldowaniu kwota miała automatycznie wrócić na konto w kilka minut , automatycznie ,mija 2 dzień a pieniędzy z kaucji na koncie nie widzę .
