Staff didnt speak english, made a lot of mistakes. They looked pissed of all the time.
Chambre - Gentillesse du personnel de ménage et d'accueil
Les pizzas vendues à l'accueil.. 10 euros une pizza pour en fait avoir l'équivalent d'une part.
Proximité autoroute, piscine agréable, personnel accueillant et souriant
Fuite de climatisation dans la chambre, qui a rendu la moquette mouillée avec une odeur d’humidité assez présente
Draps de lit non repassé telecommande TV en mauvaise etat trace de morssure de chien
Le personnel est très gentil.
Climatisation en panne
Pas de pression pour la douche, pour l’eau un coup chaud un coup froid, pas de tapis de bain, nous avons été obligés de le réclamer à l’accueil, le dernier jour, une serviette de toilette pour deux, il a fallu à nouveau faire une réclamation à l’accueil.
Chambre correcte avec côté rangement appréciable. Literie très bonne.
La piscine non chauffée. Avions réservé exprès pour la piscine mais n avons pas pu en profiter car elle était gelée
A vrai dire pas grand-chose
Le froid dans la chambre malgré la clim chauffée, pas de bouilloire, pour ce faire un thé ou autre. Le système des fenêtres qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir correctement pour aérer ou autre, le système écolo pour les serviettes de bain.
Du début à la fin du séjour tout était parfait. Personnels très accueillant souriant et professionnel en même temps.
Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner très bon et aussi les dames qui le prépare sont super gentille et avenantes.
RAS
Franchement le personnel très dévoué, réception 24/24 ,parking raisonnable, déjeuner excellent, pur jus de fruits et très bon café ☕️ linges de lit et bain très propres changé chaque jour, bien sécurisé. Il y a des chambres fumeurs également, moi je retourne volontier , bon rapport qualité.
Le système de chauffage, mais ça je pense que c'est surtout dans le sud, étant donné qu'il fait jamais vraiment très froid, c'est des systèmes soufflant, air froid ou chaud et ça c'est pas l'idéal. C'est personnel
