Hotel overbooked, downgraded me to 4 star hotel a mile away.
Pros:

I did not get to experience the hotel in any way as they had overbooked, only telling me on my arrival. The additional travel time spent going to their sister hotel, which was a mile away.

Cons:

The fact that I was not told they were overbooked, even though I had paid £300+ for one night, been in direct contact with them about check out times, and booked well in ahead.

Lovely place to stay - Highly Recommend!
