The staff and location of the hotel were excellent. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. All staff were pleasant and polite.
The breakfast in the hotel is awful. For £25 per person you can have a cold, soggy breakfast. Someone took my cutlery off the table before I had even eaten anything. The bill was placed on the table and we were asked to pay before finishing our meal. The space is cramped. Food is was horrible, cold and very limited choice.
The roof top terrace had a major issue with us paying cash for our drinks and didnt have any change so on top of there 12.5% charge they got an extra £10.

Very dated, could use a re-vamp in the lobby and in rooms especially if they are promoting they are a 5 star hotel!

Large room, very clean and bed was comfy. Hotel is in a great location, on 10 mins to theatre district and 20 to covent garden.
Room was tired, seat in room was ripped, carpet was baggy and curtains didn't fit the window so was awoken at 5am when the sunrose.
