Good Value Virgin Afternoon Tea
Pros:

Had a virgin voucher for afternoon tea with champagne. I had vegan my sister had traditional all very nice sandwiches, cakes and scones with cream and jam. Made an effort with delightful slice of birthday cake for our celebration! Ramadan was an excellent host and provided exceptional service. Surrounding were in soho Wala adjoining as Courthouse hotel were undergoing alterations. Interesting hotel with pictures of when it was a Courthouse. Good value nice tea!

Terrible Customer Service
Pros:

Booked a room with this hotel, realised an hour later that my wife was away that weekend so got in touch to reschedule. They refused to change the dates and still took nearly £700 for the two nights we couldn't go. We were more than happy to change the dates but that was just too much trouble for them. I certainly won't be booking with these again
