Showers push button no sooner on than off also opening of the shower shell very narrow
stairs very steep would stay again on a lower level . Rooms have been modernised
Location ideal for concert I went too. Staff were ok and helpful.
Needs updating a bit with woodwork and windows. Had an issue with noisy toilet cistern and cold water. VERY noisy when switched on and toilet flushed.

Shower in room 14 was really poor, no pressure at all, so poor we all chose not to bother

El hotel es antiguo, pero las habitaciones están renovadas y son muy lindas. Nuestro cuarto daba a la Catedral de Manchester, por lo que las vistas eran increíbles.
La habitación es muy espaciosa y cómoda, además de contar con pava eléctrica y cafecitos de cortesía, que siempre se agradecen.
El personal es súper amable y atento.
A tener en cuenta: no posee ascensor y hay que subir escaleras. Además, el agua caliente funciona con un botón de tiempo (aunque sale perfectamente).

Thank you once again! It’s the third time that I have stopped in The Mitre this year & it was as spotless as ever. The room was actually upgraded from My booking! Shame that I was only there for one night.

Bed was uncomfortable
Location was perfect right beside train station and tram stops and right in centre of everything, a stones throw from arndale shopping centre
Booked a superior family room for myself 17 yr old son and 14 yr old daughter, he slept in single, we slept in double which was not a double, barely bigger than a single, room was big so no reason not to put in a bigger bed. Huge issues with shower also hard to get hot water. Toilet brush filthy full of old tissue never cleaned or changed in our 3 nights there.

Great location and price - I had a great view of the city cathedral and was right in the city centre. Great for train station and any other needs
I maybe missed it when booking but no ensuite bathroom / toilet but this isn't a complaint for the price - I literally just needed a bed for the night
