Great hotel, would recommend!
Pros:

The location and value for money is fantastic. We had a nice view of the cathedral, the room was clean . Staff were lovely and obliging, they allowed us to keep our suitcases in the reception on day of checkout so we could come back later.

Overall a great place to stay and would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Noisy on an evening, but as expected been in a city centre and above bars. Didn't bother us, but may bother some. There was 2 fan heaters in the room but no actual cold fan which would have been nice as it was very hot. Stairs a little treacherous, uneven floorboards but probably added to the quirkiness.

Pros:

Het hotel is fantastisch gelegen, vlak in het hart van het historisch centrum. Elk moment van de dag veel te beleven. Voor een gezin daarom misschien soms iets teveel lawaai. Het gebouw is ook historisch, waardevolle beleving, soms zijn de ramen en de vloer daardoor iets verouderd.

Very good, with a little hiccup. Which was resolved in the morning

I loved the location, staff were friendly and polite. Room felt homely

Cons:

We had an issue with showering / hot water at night. Not able to shower so was a bit of a shame.

Great location and service
Pros:

Good size living room and kitchen. It was a hot day when we visited, so we appreciated the fans provided. The apartment looked very nice.

Cons:

The room itself was a bit unorthodox. The entryway to the bathroom was sort of a step from the stairs, before reaching the top of the stairs, and the ceiling to enter the bathroom was very low. We also weren't aware from the listing that to get to the bedroom, you have to go through the bathroom, which was an awkward setup for 7 people. The bathroom was a jack and Jill, with the door to the living room locking, but we weren't able to fully shut and lock the door to the bedroom.

We were only there for one night so it did the job, but I dont think it would have been ideal for longer than that. The room could do with touching up, as it had some ripped wallpaper and flooring in places.

Pros:

The central location is about the only good thing of this hotel. The staff and breakfast were ok, but the hotel itself is awful. The stairs and bannisters are filthy and sticky, the rooms have peeling paint, the window doesn’t shut properly so you can still hear noise, no hot water, dirty bathroom floor, carpet, bed cover and shelves. Never again.

Huoneen lattia oli litimärkä ja haiseva ja muutenkin viemäri kauheen haiseva. Portaat hyvin kapeat. En tiedä mitä tehtiin mutta maksukortista otettiin kopio kuvat todella outoa.

The stairs! It’s a very old building so lots of windy corridors, steps can be deep & lots of them. Not recommended for mobility impaired

The property was brilliant the only small issue I had was I had a cigarette outside the building sat on chairs outside where I was approached by member of staff and said no smoking allowed I was not sat near the entrance or anything like that

In camera era apposto un cartello che l'acqua ci voleva un po' a scaldarsi per via dell'età dell'hotel (più di 200 anni) ed assolutamente un disagio dover aspettare un paio di minuti prima che l'acqua si scaldi e un'altra è trovarsi con l'acqua fredda o appena tiepida rendendo impossibile farsi una doccia. On cartello che segnala un ritardo, non giustifica la mancanza totale del servizio.
