Not a great stay overall I won’t be staying again
Pros:

It was central

Cons:

The carpets going up the flight of stairs were worn. The heating wasn’t on when I arrived when it eventually came on after complaining to reception. The heating went off in the middle of the night I had to put my beanie on to keep my head warm an double wrap the duvet around me. When I complained in the morning I was told the heating goes off around 1am not good when it’s freezing out side also the shower was tepid not great as it was also a shared bathroom

Lovely staff, great location but impossible to sleep
Pros:

The reception staff were fabulous, knowledgeable and friendly

Cons:

You need to bring something to block out the noise as the windows are single glazed and you can hear everything outside until it goes quiet at 4.30am

Pros:

Handy having a pub downstairs, great location for shops nearby

Cons:

We were checked into the wrong rooms from the start, way too many stairs (which were slanted) there was also no hot water so we couldn’t have a shower and the bath wasn’t hot either

On both times I have visited this hotel I would say this time round was indeed worse but was manageable.
Pros:

I liked the location of the property it makes it really efficient where it is and the prices are reasonable.

Cons:

I have stayed at this hotel on more than one occasion and I do not like how they have changed the breakfast system as it is very time consuming if you are in a rush as they take your order and it all took a while to come out to us. The second reasoning is the showers were quite cold.

Not the best stay.
Pros:

Great location in city centre along with nice pub food.

Cons:

My single occupancy room #34 had no window, radiator or even a towel hook. Not a cosy space at all.
The worst thing however, was the location of the room... exactly by the main staircase. Sleeping was impossible due to constant noises.
I wouldn't stay there again, and definitely wouldn't recommend if comfort is important to you.
Great location and pub, but hotel part needs improvement.

Razoável.
Pros:

Da localização.

Cons:

Chuveiro com pouca água e falta de aquecimento durante a noite. Em fevereiro fez bastante frio em uma das noites e o aquecedor não foi ligado. Staff um tanto resistente, mas conseguimos trocar de quarto.
