Pros:

Hotel was clean and the people were friendly. We had a small issue with the blinds in our room and they did their best to rectify the situation. Pam the manager was very helpful when we needed to make adjustments to our reservation.

Comfortable beds rude staff
Pros:

The location

Cons:

Not about the property more like the staff. The guy at the desk was really really rude to us, charged us twice for the reservation and acted really pissed all the time. I think he must be racist or something because he would treat other guests so good but us not because he saw our last name and heard our accents and us speaking in Spanish

Close to destination

Cons:

We we're placed in a handicap room which was at the very end of the hall on the top floor. My wife had just had surgery, and those obstacles made it that much more painful to get to our room. Since it was a handicap room, the bed was super low which made it even more difficult for my wife to get in and out of bed.
