Pros:

The room was amazing. One of the better ones I've stayed in. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Overall very positive experience.i would stay here again
Pros:

The staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. The family suite provided the room needed for our group. The location is awesome.

Cons:

The mattress sunk in too much. Seemed like it needed to be replaced. There was a $15 per day parking fee. When I am paying almost $500 a night for a family suite I don’t expect to be nicked and dined with parking.

Pros:

Hotel was clean and the people were friendly. We had a small issue with the blinds in our room and they did their best to rectify the situation. Pam the manager was very helpful when we needed to make adjustments to our reservation.

Not about the property more like the staff. The guy at the desk was really really rude to us, charged us twice for the reservation and acted really pissed all the time. I think he must be racist or something because he would treat other guests so good but us not because he saw our last name and heard our accents and us speaking in Spanish
