We were very happy to have stayed here.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, so welcoming. The breakfast is managed by a delightful woman who went out of her way to make sure our expectations were met.

Cons:

It's clearly hard to keep common areas clean when people who work outdoors are in and out- not a problem at all, just an observation.

Would absolutely stay there again. Was comfortable and so much fun.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. Our room was clean and the pool was awesome.

Cons:

There was no issue at all. It was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had.

Pros:

Very clean, all the staff was working hard to clean, sanitize and make sure the coffee was hot, and fresh. Breakfast was very yummy also. Checking in and out had minimal wait time. Close to stores and restaurants, within walking distance on the same road. Thank you staff at the Batavia location!!!!!

It was clean

Cons:

The pillows were paper thin, the beds were too small (smaller than advertised), management gave our room away to someone else after we had already checked in. Had to go to the front desk, get new keys, and have the key for the other guest deactivated.

Very uncomfortable
Pros:

Room keys were deactivated and it took was assigned to someone else, even though we had already checked in. Beds are smaller size than advertised, pillows are thinner than military pillows. Very uncomfortable. I would recommend spending money on a nicer hotel if you want comfort and rest
