Pros:

Convenient location close to hospital for our needs.
Room was clean, modern, and was large enough so we did to not feel cramped.

Cons:

Second bedroom needs another split system as the one in the lounge only does lounge area and main bedroom.
Standing fan supplied did help to move air about but it would be very hot in that room in the middle of summer as is.

A spacious, clean, and well-equipped apartment in a good location close to transit
Pros:

We were extremely impressed with this property. The apartment was much bigger than expected, with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, giving us lots of space. Everything was very clean and well maintained. A handwritten welcome note from the manager was a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel more personal. We also arrived very late (after 1 a.m.) and had no trouble at all accessing the lockbox or getting into the property thanks to the clear instructions. The location was very convenient, with excellent public transit options nearby including train, bus, and tram access, making travel to the Australian Open and the airport easy. Having grocery stores and a shopping mall close by was another big plus.
