A spacious, clean, and well-equipped apartment in a good location close to transit
Pros:

We were extremely impressed with this property. The apartment was much bigger than expected, with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, giving us lots of space. Everything was very clean and well maintained. A handwritten welcome note from the manager was a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel more personal. We also arrived very late (after 1 a.m.) and had no trouble at all accessing the lockbox or getting into the property thanks to the clear instructions. The location was very convenient, with excellent public transit options nearby including train, bus, and tram access, making travel to the Australian Open and the airport easy. Having grocery stores and a shopping mall close by was another big plus.

Pros:

Location was great for our purpose visit. The room was clean and comfortable enough

Cons:

Entrance and reception felt very tired and a bit grubby. the room was also in need of a renovation. We were left waiting at reception for quite a while prior to staff realizing we were there to check in

Overall it is good.
Pros:

The location is good. Easy to find local transportation.

Cons:

This is not what I original booked site. Last minutes I was moved to tis site without choice. Front desk is nobody there after 7:00 pm. Breakfast choice is not enough.

Superb!
Pros:

The apartments were very clean and had everything we needed. Despite being on a main road, it was very quiet. The reception staff were very welcoming. We'd definitely recommend Quest Mont Albert.
