It was clean and the size of the room was decent
The smoke alarm kept on going off randomly in the middle of the night and during the day, the ac in the room was loud and noisy and even after the maintenance fixed it was still loud enough that I couldn’t sleep ,it was very noisy outside my room, the hairdryer stopped working , the kitchen utensils were barely available
Everything was excellent
Nothing whatsoever.
Close to the places I wanted to go

Close to everything
The drive up to check in was a bit stranger than I was used to but it was no problem
I recently stayed at a Residence Inn by Marriott in New Jersey, Princeton and the experience really stood out—especially the interior design of the suite. From the moment I walked in, it felt less like a typical hotel room and more like a thoughtfully designed studio apartment.
The layout was smart and functional, with clearly defined areas for sleeping, relaxing, and working. The living space was comfortable and inviting, and the addition of a full kitchen made the room feel practical for longer stays. Everything was arranged in a way that maximized space without ever feeling cramped.
What impressed me most was the overall aesthetic. The color palette was modern and calming, with warm neutral tones and soft lighting that created a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The furniture and finishes felt contemporary yet comfortable, striking a nice balance between style and usability.
Overall, the design made a big difference in how enjoyable the stay was. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into making the space feel like a home away from home rather than just a place to sleep. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, functionality, and a well-designed environment.
Location
Light. It was too dark in the room.
And a toilet. It was clogged every time we used it.
