as whole very good, polite staff, there is coffee , water and tea from 1 p.m til midnight in the lobby for free

Pros:

Viajécon mi hijo de 14 años, la amabilidad de las personas que atinden es genial, llegando al hotel con mapa en mano nos dieron las mejores indicaciones de los lugares icónicos que visitar, todo está a muy cerca, restaurantes, el tren, el centro, todo caminable, el hotel impecable, todo limpio y la cama muy cómoda. Volvería al mismo lugar!

Not much really

Cons:

The room was very small. The pillows were all bits of broken filling inside and the double bed was against the wall it was very inconvenient we had a bad nights sleep
