The staff are very friendly and helpful. They could not do any more for you.
The location near the RMT, Fullerton Bay Clarke Quay and Lau Pa Sat mean that there are plenty of food and shopping options, albeit not quite as plentiful as Orchard Road. It is also convenient to Chinatown.

Cons:

The Suites/Hotel is a little old and dated and the restaurant is small, and breakfast is very limited. However, suggest you go to some excellent bakeries and coffee houses or Lau Pa Sat instead. However if a large hotel breakfast buffet is your thing, this is not for you

The rooms were great and well facilitated

Cons:

The restaurant is operated separately from the Hotel so you can’t charge your meals to your room and pay one bill at checkout. You need to pay every-time to eat or drink there which is inconvenient
