Pros:

朝早い便で到着し荷物を預かってもらいましたが、昼くらいにお部屋が準備できたと連絡をもらい早めにチェックインできました。夜中の移動で疲れていたので助かりました。

Cons:

ビル側に面した部屋だったので常にブラインドを下ろしていました。エレベーターの横の部屋だったため音が気になりました。

Had a great time in Singapore, beautiful place.
Pros:

The location was perfect.
The air conditioning worked well (and needed to).
The rooftop pool was great.
The room itself was of a reasonable size.

Cons:

The hotel itself is a little dated and could do with a refurb.
I thought it was quite expensive, but is probably in keeping with Singapore itself.

An absolute delight!
Pros:

We were surprised by an upgrade to a 2 bedroom for 2 adults and our son. The rooms are huge but to have two kings with ensuites was a real treat. Beautifully comfy beds and pillows too.

Pros:

Room and bed was spacious. 2 adulta and 1 child can easily sleep on bed .Staff was very kind and helpful. Location is great . Also got upgraded to bigger room with balcony

プールとその隣の中庭が気持ち良かったのと、部屋に洗濯機・食洗機がついていたのが便利でした！また、ロビーのウェルカムドリンクが美味しくて、毎日頂きました！

Cons:

部屋の清掃が行き届いておらず、クリーンアップ後も床に髪の毛が落ちていたり、アメニティ交換もタオルのみだったり、、色々不足がありました。15年ほど前に泊まって大感激した時からは、やはり施設の老朽化が否めませんでした><

Incroyable en famille
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé tout se fait à pieds ou en métro. Les appartements sont très fonctionnels, bien équipés, propres et calmes.
Nous étions 3 et nous avions de l’espace.
La literie est très confortable.
La piscine est très belle.
Le personnel disponible et très aidant.

Cons:

Les robinets de notre salle de bain n’étaient pas trés bien fixés et certains ne fonctionnaient pas correctement.
