Overall good place to stay!
Pros:

We stayed here three nights. Overall, I would stay again.
Pros: it’s like a three minute walk to Lau Pa Sat Hawker- awesome satay on Satay street weekend nights. Centrally located. Via Grab $$20 from airport and $$7 to MBS. The bathroom has a soaking tub, which is fantastic after a long flight. The shower has plenty of hot water and the showerhead is strong. The blackout curtains truly are blackout, which is appreciated. The staff is helpful. There is a little refrigerator and a little dishwasher.
Cons: there are no views from the pool unless you’re in the pool and the pool is absolutely positively freezing. Not even refreshing on a super hot day. We decided to do a load of clothes before we started our cruise. The wash cycle took over two hours and the dry cycle over three. Keep this in mind as we were delayed quite a bit.
Tips: we bought a few groceries at fair price basement two of jewel airport before arrival. It was enough for us so we didn’t have to pay exorbitant prices for breakfast. The coffee in the lobby and/or up on floor 19th is much better than the coffee in the room. It is actually quite good.

Perfect location for everything. Huge room with full apartment kitchen facilities

Plug socket hanging off in my room.
One light on permanently, so needed to disable lights with room card key to ensure darkness to sleep

Pros:

The property was clean all the right facilities just don’t look too close as it’s a very old building decoration was decorated over old decoration in the windows were poor in the balcony door was poor as they were very old and original.

What condition in places due to the age? Open the building.

Comfortable stay in a great location in Singapore

We enjoyed the location and the staff were helpful in storing our luggage before check in. The room was like an apartment and was very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The coffee maker did not work and brought it to the attention of the staff but they did not provide a correction.
