Exceptional
Pros:

Amazing place to stay in Singapore. Excellent location, close to the bay and all attractions and food court open 24/7. Very nice apartment with comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and washing machine, beautiful view on the bay. Good breakfast. Swimming pool and living room available at the top floor. Fantastic, super helpful staff in the Reception!

Pros:

When we arrived at our room, it was not what I paid and expected, then she stated the room was not available and we will have to wait for a bigger room with a king and a small bed as I additionally paid for a 3rd guest. We entered the room and was given what I expected.

Cons:

The attitude of the staff that checked us in, no smiles, she could have smiled or be more attentive to our needs as it was the first time for us to stay at an ASCOTT hotel. I called 2x more because I was not familiar with the lighting and other amenities, it does not take long to explain as it is there job, I felt like she was rushing in her explanations. It is a great hotel but was not impressed with the welcoming of guests.

Pretty average hotel for 5 start rating.
Pros:

We definitely liked a location of this hotel. Breakfast was also pretty good.

Cons:

We've been given room 1201, behind the lifts and windows were facing another building meters away only. We could hear the lift going up and down and also stopping on our floor. Room wasn't 100% cleaned and is also pretty outdated. No bed lamp provided, so couldn't really read in bed with some small bedside light on and had to keep main lights on. We have asked for early check in months before we came, and unfortunately didn't get it and no consideration was given. I know it as my friends arrived at the same time, booked the same standard of a room and they got it 5 hours earlier without asking and got an upgrade to level 17 too (much bigger room). We had to wait for our room and quality was far away from what our friends received.

マリーナもホーカーも近く、ロケーションは最高でした。地下鉄もそんなに遠くないのでどこへいくにもアクセス良好。古い建物ですが、全体的にきれいに掃除されており、快適でした。スタッフの対応も良かったです。

Cons:

製氷機が小さく、必要な時に氷が手に入らなかった。エアコンの強弱が難しすぎて設定に苦戦した。他にはお風呂が一部破損していました。
