グレードアップしていただいたので、窓から琵琶湖がよく見えました。シャトルバスは時刻に正確でした。快適でした。
駅からは遠いので、シャトルバスがないと不便だとおもいました。
Amazing view and location. The room was safe enough for a 1 year old.
The smoking location was where everyone walked so it wasn't nice going past it every time we went into the hotel.
前から1度宿泊してみたいと思ってましたが施設は高級感もあり最高でした。
出来れば高層階が良かったのですが、客室フロアの1番下の5階だったのが残念でした。
スタッフの対応もロケーションも素晴らしかった。
ホテルに併設されているコンビニが22時で閉店
されてしまう、
琵琶湖の目の前でロケーションも良く、プールもあり大人も子どもも楽しめました。
たねやのショップもあり、そこでしか買えないパッケージのお土産が購入できて良かったです。
トイレやお風呂が多少古く感じました。また、シャワーの湯圧が物足りなかったです。

琵琶湖を一望できる最高のロケーション！5歳、1歳未満の子連れでした。プールで半日遊び、夕食はプールサイドのバーベキューにしました。真夏でも、風が心地よく、琵琶湖を眺めながらのバーベキューは最高でした。お肉も柔らかくて、とても美味しくて最高でした。朝食も美味しいものばかりでした。ホテルでゆっくり過ごせて、大人も子どもも大満足でした。ありがとうございました。

部屋からの眺めが素晴らしく、気分転換になったようです。朝食の順番もQRコードから予約でき
初めて和食を選びましたが、美味しかったです。
チェックアウトも11時なので
帰るまでゆっくりさせてもらいました。
会員登録すると、駐車場が無料になるのも良かったです。

誕生日という事でお部屋に花が1輪メッセージカードと共にありました。
シャワーヘッドが重かった笑
琵琶湖の景色が楽しめました。駅までバスの送迎を利用でき、また京都駅で荷物を預けることができたので、観光するのに助かりました。素泊まりでしたが大きな通りに出るとファミレスやスーパーがあるので便利でした。
