今回パートナーの誕生日祝いをする為、予約をさせていただきました。今回初めて利用させていただきましたが、お祝いをする為の相談も迅速に対応いただき、当日も無事お祝いすることができました。

Cons:

サービスも館内もとても素晴らしかったです。ただ、チェックアウトの手続きをした際に対応いただいた女性のスタッフの方が、とても冷たさを感じる対応だった為、他のスタッフの方の対応がとても良かった分、少し複雑な気持ちになりました。沢山のお客様が利用されるホテルであるからこそ、大変なことも多々あるかとは思います。日々素晴らしいサービスを提供していただきありがとうございます。

Vom Check In zum Check Out war alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Das Zimmer war schön groß, sauber u geräumig. Das Frühstück sehr schön und lecker. Der kostenlose Shuttlebus bis zum Bhf Kyoto war auch vorteilhaft. Am Anreisetag gab es sogar ein Feuerwerk. Weil es mir so gut gefiel, habe ich auf meiner Weitereise nach Hiroshima die gleiche Hotelkette gewählt.

Ausstattung war super. Frühstück sehr gut. Die Aussicht fantastisch.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer gebucht, in welchem normalerweise bis zu vier Personen schlafen konnten. Als Gast war aber nur ich eingetragen, weil ich ursprünglich nur alleine war. Da ich jemanden kennengelernt habe, wollte ich die Buchung anpassen, was jedoch nur über einen Aufpreis von ca. 70% des ursprünglichen Preises ging. Hätte ich das selbe Zimmer für zwei Personen direkt gebucht, wäre es beim ursprünglichen Preis geblieben. Somit hätte ich etwas mehr Kulanz bei dieser Hotelklasse erwartet. Aber ja, man lernt aus seinen Fehlern...
