スタッフの態度が悪かった
Pros:

部屋は綺麗で快適でした。部屋は良かった。

Cons:

チェックインの時、支払い済みなのにもう一度請求され、ダブルルームなのにツインルームと間違われ、預けたスーツケースを出してもらった時ものすごく大きな音が聞こえて、一度も目を見て話してもらえませんでした。

二泊したが宿泊期間中にフロントから清掃員の方まで、一度も挨拶されたことなく、無視されたようでとても冷たく感じました。

Pros:

景色很棒，車站接駁車也很方便。
早餐有一位外國男性服務生非常友善，拍照技術也很好，讓我們有舒服的體驗
房間大、廁所乾濕分離做得很好，也非常大，讓我們感到舒服自在。吹風機風量也很大
另外一樓戶外還有一些夜晚的裝飾，讓小朋友們都很興奮
最後，飯店離大型超市不遠，讓我們購買必需品非常方便!

Cons:

一開始booking.com就已經設定我們是五大二小，所以認知上我們的房費是應該要有包括小朋友早餐的，但進到餐廳後又被告知要額外收費有點讓人不愉快。如果能事先告知房費沒有包括小孩早餐，會讓我們感受比較好!

超級無敵景觀的漂亮度假酒店。

喜歡Lake Biwa Otsu Prince Hotel 是大型的度假酒店。
就在琵琶湖畔。沿着琵琶湖畔散步，有觀光渡輪可以搭。
這是我第2次來住這家酒店。規劃非常的完善，
有免費接駁車從大津站到酒店。
就算你不知道免費接駁車上車的位置，
只要到大津站的服務櫃台詢問，他們就會給你一張簡易地圖，
告訴你如何走到接駁車站。接駁車是沿着琵琶湖走的。
沿路美不勝收。
我們的房間非常的寬敞，飯店給我們夫妻升等到一房型
我們擁有一個無敵景觀的小客廳，有餐桌椅，
加上另外一個房間的三個朋友。
我們5個人一起在客廳吃飯聊天看景觀，真是人生一大享受。。
我們的床非常的舒服，浴室好大一間，非常的幹淨。
我們的訂房含早餐，自助式早餐很豐盛。景觀一樣無敵。
酒店1樓有禮品店。走路5分鐘也有一個大型的超市，方便採買。
物超所值，下次一定會再來。

Lovely views of Lake Biwa.

Cons:

The property is large and had big tour groups coming through. Staff were stretched and rooms were dated. Our biggest gripe would be the air conditioning was almost non-existent in the rooms and was very hot and stuffy, whilst corridors and services area were markedly more cooler.

Perfect spot to use as a base for day trips around the lake.
Pros:

Great location and amazing view. We spent 3 nights here and used it as a base for day trips around the lake. Great restaurants onsite if you don’t feel like going out. We didn’t get the breakfast included but should have as we ate there each morning. Lots of options for food. Very handy with the free shuttle bus. Sky bar is lovely. We also hired bikes and did a bit of cycling around the lake.

駅からは遠いので車でないと不便。
