眺望が良く、部屋も清掃がきちんとされており快適に過ごせました

Cons:

部屋の冷蔵庫の効きが悪く、翌日生鮮品を持って帰る為に冷やしていた保冷剤が役に立たず、帰路の途中に2回コンビニで、氷を買わなければならなかった
冷蔵庫を変えるのは大変なので、フロントなどで保冷剤を預かって冷やしてもらえるサービスがあれば嬉しいです😊

琵琶湖ビューが最高でリラックスできた
Pros:

琵琶湖を一望できる景色と、一階フロントの香りがとてもいい匂いがして気分が上がった。一階のカフェでアフタヌーンティーを頼んで友人と夜遅くまで話せた。ラストオーダーは早かったが、その後もゆっくり過ごせたので有り難かった。

Cons:

スイートルームだったが、風呂の換気扇かな？排気口かが埃がたまっていて、すこしそこはがっかり。風呂が西日で暑くてもわっとしていて暑かった。換気扇もないので対策しようがなかった。

Pros:

Great stay right on the edge of Lake Biwa with a glorious view over the water. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need. We didn't get to explore the whole hotel, but I can only imagine the view from the top floor is even better!

Geweldig voor een nacht, daarna nooit meer
Pros:

De ligging is mooi, alle kamers kijken uit op het meer

Cons:

Er is geen lucht, ramen kunnen niet open. Op bepaalde tijden lukt het niet een lift te krijgen omdat het te druk is, je moet jezelf erbij proppen.

Pros:

立地が良く、見晴らしも最高で、とても気持ちよく過ごせました！
スタッフの方に毛布をお願いしたところ、わざわざ部屋まで届けてくださり、親切な対応が嬉しかったです。
駐車場も1日500円で、出入りが自由なのもとても便利でした。立地やサービス、駐車場の使いやすさも含めて良かったです。

Cons:

トイレやお風呂の匂いが少し気になりました。また、喫煙所がないことや、クーラーの効きがやや弱かった点は残念でした。
