琵琶湖の眺めも良くコスパも最高なホテル
Pros:

17Fの部屋でしたが、眺めもよく部屋も申し分ない。
朝食付きで予約したが37Fのレストランからの眺めも最高。食事も美味しくいただきました。
夜のイルミネーションも心弾ませてもらった。

Cons:

駐車場からホテル入口までが遠かった。妻は足が悪いので先に妻と荷物を下ろしてから駐車したかった。
*ホテル宿泊者は、チェックイン後に駐車場の出入りを自由にできることを知った。

マラソン完走したこともあり快適に過ごせました
Pros:

ゆっくりと過ごせた。
琵琶湖の眺望はとても良かった。
バスタブが有難かったです。

Cons:

マラソンの会場までのバスがあれば最高でした。
京阪錦駅まで徒歩で15分以上歩きました。

ホテルからの宿泊客のあとについていった
ところ錦駅に到着したことで、幸い乗れましたが、
京阪膳所からの乗車でしたら超満員で最悪な
事になっていたと思いました。

滋賀県以外の参加者からすると、
もっとバスを出すべきだと思いました。
ホテルの前にも、宿泊と現地へのバスツアー客を見かけましたが、
ホテルからも参加者や応援家族用のバスを準備して欲しかったです。

Considering not ever using Prince hotels again

Nice view from a room (that I paid extra for high floor)

Cons:

Because I was on the 32nd floor, one had to plan departures carefully, as the banked elevators segregated floor locations. Waits exceeded one minute, especially during checkout.
The bell staff was very condescending upon my arrival with a bicycle. I was doing BIWAICHI bike ride around Lake Biwa. He literally yelled at me in Japanese for not understanding where to park my rented bicycle overnight(out in the rear of an open parking lot), some 500' from the hotel entrance! The hotels rented bicycles were all housed, and lined up under the entrance Porte cochere. Another example of financial segregation under the Prince hotel operations.
The Shiga prefecture encourages the tourist activity of riding a bike around the lake; so this action of not encouraging proximal placement of non-hotel bicycles was disappointing.
This hotel utilizes checkout kiosks, which made it convenient, if one had no room charges. But, only one staff at other times due to labor constraints.
For such a highly acclaimed chain of hotels, I am seriously using many of chains, or local hotels next time. I may be old, and Prince hotels can discount my comments, but they need to remember that I have accumulated MANY friends over 72 years...

とても満足の宿泊でした。
Pros:

窓からの景色が綺麗。
外もライトアップされていてよかった。
シャトルバスの送迎があったので、とても便利だった。
お風呂場に洗面器と椅子が付いていて使いやすかった。
部屋もグレードアップされていて、とても広かった。

Cons:

どこもそうだけど、使い捨てスリッパが履きにくかった。
