Location was great, room spacious, roof terrace very pleasant, staff very friendly. Hotel charming and boutique, small feel but very classy.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in an incredibly old building and the back terrace faces onto an important historic square with local activity. Loved everything; the room was beautiful, the bed and sheets incredibly comfortable (didn't want to ever get out of bed), the bathroom and shower design gorgeous. We loved the roof and the hotel restaurant's food was really delicious. Lots of little perks made us feel special on our anniversary. Highly recommended if you love a boutique hotel with contemporary touches, comfort and elegance, this one is right up there.

Location was great in that it was walkable. Room was nice.
Sometimes the little streets leading to the hotel were dirty and felt sketchy at night. The service didn’t live up to a five-star hotel. The front desk attendant greeted us in a suit, but his white shirt wasn’t tucked in, which looked sloppy. I also sensed a false niceness from the staff, not the kind of genuine service you’d expect at a five-star place. Finally, one bellhop was friendly but overly verbose. He couldn’t take a hint and gave no space for anyone to respond. He eagerly led us to a restaurant right next to the hotel; the ambience was great, but the food was terrible.
The size and location were perfect. Staff was very attentive, especially Tomas. The breakfast was very filling with lots of options
It's like living in history in these beautiful modern interior rooms with a balcony overlooking the very epicenter of charming old city. Wonderful experience staff exceptional modern interior accommodations. Very pleased.... Truly added much to my adventure. I wish I could have stayed longer. Also adorable little pool up on the roof. Must not be missed, casual ,pleasant...

The location of this special boutique hotel is perfect. The staff was off the chart accommodating. It overlooks a small square with a fountain that is charming. It is a quiet place to come back to after a bustling day in Barcelona! It is not a big high end resort, so don’t expect that. We found a neighborhood tapas place and a wine bar right around the corner that became a favorite hang. Thank you Hotel Neri for giving us such a beautiful experience!
Hotel staff was kind. Restaurant and bar excellent. We very much enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Rooftop was relaxing and a nice place to unwind with a beverage from the bar. The location is fantastic. Hotel was quiet.

The location is excellent .. the staff were very kind especially Thomas who helped us with our golf clubs and getting us a taxi. Plus, the hotel arranged a guide who was excellent.
The restaurant was dark .. like really dark.
The hotel was LOVELY and so quaint, yet beautiful. The service was spectacular and the breakfast was delicious. Room was nice and bathroom. Tomas was our bellhop and he was wonderful, we will remember him forever. The setting of the hotel in the gothic quarter was absolutely stunning. We really enjoyed the entire stay.
The design was beautiful and the location was perfect.
It did not feel like a five star hotel and for the price I would have expected better details; there were broken tiles, sloppy paint jobs, the towel hooks were right above the toilet and trash can. The shampoo and shower gel were in big pots with a cork that you had to either dump out onto your hand or body, and I doubt they change the cork each time, was definitely not hygienic. Also when I asked the front desk to order me a taxi for an early morning pick up I got some attitude and heard him complaining saying “taxi taxi taxi” while I was still in the lobby. They also don’t serve you anything on the rooftop and there was bird poop in the pools. They also had the wrong person’s name in the note that greets you in your room, as well as a bottle of wine, but neither of us drink and it would have been nice to have other options. For the price, it’s small details like that that you come to expect. I should note that we stayed in the apartment, which is more expensive than the hotel rooms.
Charming boutique hotel in the center of the gothic quarter. Accommodations very comfortable with terrace and outdoor tub. Staff is very willing to please and restaurant is fine dining dinner experience. Breakfast was superb!
Location was great.
For a Relais Chateau, and given the high price (700 euros/night excl. breakfast), I was expecting better quality.
Flat was fairly small, only one bathroom, no gym at all (was told there was a gym 10-min away but it was closed on Sunday pm and had to pay for it ...)
Hotel itself was great. However I had an incident at the hotel which was ignored by them. I sent them an email, about money missing from my wallet and I never got a reply.

I would like to report $200 dollars missing from my wallet, left in my bag with my belongings, at the hotel yesterday after our arrival. I placed my wallet inside my bag, while we headed to lunch. I didn't leave the hotel with wallet any day because I was warned about the pickpockets. I’m disappointed that this has happen inside the hotel, and I would like to report it.

Beautiful and restful spot in middle of Gothic Quarter
Top notch service, food, and location. The gentlemen staffing the front desk went out of their way to assist us with any questions and recommendations. Thomas provided us a swift exit, escorting us to a nearby square to find a taxi. The rooftop deck offered a lovely and peaceful respite from the bustling city. Highly recommend this property.
