Beautiful and restful spot in middle of Gothic Quarter

Top notch service, food, and location. The gentlemen staffing the front desk went out of their way to assist us with any questions and recommendations. Thomas provided us a swift exit, escorting us to a nearby square to find a taxi. The rooftop deck offered a lovely and peaceful respite from the bustling city. Highly recommend this property.

This gorgeous boutique hotel is exquisite, well appointed and staffed by the most wonderful people. I would specifically like to call out Tomas whose energy and joy is contagious. It is not super easy to find the way through the maze of gothic paths, but he arranged a meeting point and guided us to and from when we had luggage in toe. He greeted me by name every day and felt like a friend by the time we left. Our server for breakfast each morning was also worth mentioning. Deep was gracious, elegant, and attentive to detail. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location in the Gothic Quarter. Bellman Tomas was a wealth of information and even walked us to taxis, etc. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Marvelous place and location with outstanding service

Located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter our stay at Hotel Neri was lovely. The rooms are nicely appointed with very comfy beds and the delightful staff are very responsive and knowledgeable - their restaurant suggestions were spot on and they were able to secure the dining times we desired. Try to secure a room looking out onto the square for more light and add their delicious breakfast to your stay to fuel all the walking you'll be doing.

The Hotel Neri is very special. It is right in the middle of the ancient part of Barcelona, convenient to everything, loaded with charm and a warm, helpful staff. The restaurant is lovely. We ate there for breakfast and dinner. I would return to the Neri if I had the opportunity. Relais & Chateaux does not disappoint!

Loved this hotel in the heart of the Gothic district of Barcelona. Comfortable room, great staff and excellent food. The hotel is in a historical square with a Church and small school, so it is lively during the day with tours and school kids. It is in a perfect location next to the Cathedral with shops and restaurants all around. We had a great experience and will return.

We had 4 amazing days at the hotel Neri! We must say that the first person that we met was Tomas - an incredible person who was there to assist us every moment- The stuff from the restaurant to the reception is very well qualified and ready to fulfill all your need. The hotel itself is centrally located - very good restaurant with calm - extremely clean and one of the best selections for your stay in the city. it is in the barrio gotico but its like you are isolated without any noise or trouble. Value for money for a very spacious family room with everything you may need inside. Thank you all , you made our family vacation unforgettable.

The location, service, and food at this hotel is stellar!! We stayed at the Casa Neri, their apartments a few steps from the main hotel. It was a very quiet street and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make us feel welcome. They truly excel at hospitality and the space is relaxing and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

But honestly the staff were so friendly and what made it. Reception in particular were really personable and helpful and welcoming.Thomas is a treasure of Barcelona and a good reason to visit the city in and of itself! He was wonderfully generous in sharing his friendliness, knowledge of the area and a welcoming and warm presence in the hotel, making our whole stay joyful and memorable. Brilliant storyteller too - grateful for all his helpful concierging!

Wonderful hotel in a great neighborhood. The staff is what really makes this place. All restaurant recommendations were spot on, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and all the people we dealt with were first class and went out of their way to make you feel at home. Thank you Thomas, Ivon and all the ladies up front for a terrific visit. We were there for 3 nights. Breakfast was also top notch.
