Hotel Neri – Relais & Chateaux

The young gentleman who welcomed us on Monday 02 Feb early evening really set the tone for our stay with his very warm welcome, friendly manner and assistance.

The reception area at Neri was so well laid out and gave a feeling of 'uniqueness'.

Our self serviced apartment was so well designed providing all of the amenities, space and comfort one requires.

The location was excellent allowing us to explore Barcelona with ease

The hotel was wonderful with a very calm atmosphere. The location is great, it was very quiet yet within a few minutes you could be in the hustle and bustle of Barcelona.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

One of my absolute fav in Barcelona. Boutique, tranquil and sooo beautiful. Stuff is always helpful and stay worth every penny

Mr Toma gave us a super friendly welcome from there everything was excellent. Good food in restaurant. Breakfast was really good. No buffet. You order at your table.

My family of 4 were lucky enough to stay at Hotel Neri from 30-2nd Jan 2026. Our stay was absolutely perfect. This hotel is magical, the rooms are absolutely gorgeous (We stayed in Apartment 2) the bed and shower were both heaven. Unfortunately the sofa bed wasn’t the best but everything else made up for it.
Breakfast at the hotel is quite possibly the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! The location is 10/10 and in the most beautiful quiet part of the gothic quarter.

We must make a very special mention to our incredible concierge Thomas! Thomas you are one of a kind, the most warm, caring and attentive concierge. Nothing is too much for you and you will always go above and beyond to make sure your guests get the absolute best service. Hotel Neri is very lucky to have you.

There were no surprises or deficiencies at this hotel. The staff is so professional and attentive. It is in a very quiet area that was safe to walk in the evening.
There was a minor annoyance with the rug over the carpet by the couch bulging into high ridges. It should be secured so no-one trips

This is a wonderful boutique hotel at an incredible and special property. The room was modern with touches of historical charm, and the staff were warm and helpful. The onsite restaurant had delicious food options as well. This is exactly what I was seeking for my holiday.

This was the best trip yet to the Hotel Neri. We have stayed here 7 times and already booked our trip for 2026. The hotel is in a perfect location and the apartments have everything you need for a longer stay. The staff is remarkably helpful. We had a minor emergency that they helped us through and their flexibility on some scheduling was amazing. The restaurant is a hidden gem. While the location is central, it is surprisingly quiet. Housekeeping arrives every day and brings a small treat.

Hotel Neri was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Spain.

The reception /concierge team are simply world-class. We had a very specific and hard-to-find shopping list and the team invested time and great effort to make sure we found what we needed! Their restaurant suggestions and local tips were for us priceless!!!

Our stay at Hotel Neri was average. The gentleman at the front desk was rude, which colored our whole experience. I think I would’ve had a much better overall opinion if it weren’t for his arrogance. He initially did not realize we were part of Relais and Château. He made three trips to our room and the first hour to deliver the very nice gifts from Relais and Château. After very long journey, it was quite disruptive, and after his rudeness, we were tired of the whole thing. In general, we like Relais and Château properties But would not stay in this one again.
