Pros:

El desayuno que ofrecen calidad-precio muy bueno. La atención del personal no es mala pero cuándo llegas a hacer check-in no hay nadie. Tienes que esperar a que te atiendan.

Cons:

Cogimos este alojamiento para pasar una noche ya que ibamos de paso a visitar la ciudad. La ubicación es muy buena pero la calle en la que está, no tiene nada cerca (para visitar), es en los extra radios. Las habitaciones/instalaciones son antiguas y un dato que se nos escapó, es que admiten animales. En nuestro caso, hubo un perro en un dormitorio cercano ladrando desde las 6 a.m, si lo que buscas es descanso, no es el alojamiento adecuado. No repetiría.

Ottimo soggiorno, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la pulizia delle camere e del bagno, che era molto ampio, pulito e confortevole.
La posizione ottima, hotel situato in una zona relativamente tranquilla di Firenze, facilmente raggiungibile coi mezzi ma anche a piedi.
Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile, molto buono anche il servizio della colazione.

Cons:

Non c'è copertura internet in hotel, ma lo staff mi ha gentilmente condiviso la password del wi-fi senza problemi.
Per la colazione mi sarebbe piaciuta qualche opzione vegana in più, ma questa è un'opinione strettamente personale che non influisce sulla mia opinione.

Pros:

La struttura in sé non è male, si presenta bene ed è complessivamente accogliente. Personale molto gentile.
Camere spaziose e silenziose. Colazione interessante. Comodissimi il servizio di deposito dei bagagli.

Cons:

Purtroppo il soggiorno è stato compromesso dalla qualità dei materassi, che sono assolutamente da cambiare. Erano letteralmente sfondati, il che ha reso davvero difficile riposare bene durante la notte.
Un vero peccato, perché basterebbe sostituire i materassi per rendere l'esperienza di soggiorno molto più piacevole.
