Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro. Personale alla reception accogliente e gentile.

Cons:

Impossibile dormire per chi ha il sonno leggero. Capisco la struttura antica a pochi minuti dal centro, ma il bagno aveva un odore nauseabondo. Non abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza perché dovevamo soggiornare solo una notte e andarcene la mattina presto.

We booked 4 rooms for 12 guests. This was by far the most guest-oriented, friendly, smiling, and helpful staff I have ever encountered in European hotels. I honestly didn’t expect to experience service at this level.
The hotel’s location is excellent — very close to everything. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need.
If I ever come back to Florence, I will 100% stay at this hotel again. Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful experience.

バスルームも含め、広くて掃除が行き届いていた。スタッフは親切で困っていると助けてくれたが、英語はあまりスムーズに通じなかった。翻訳アプリ等でイタリア語を使うべきかも。ロビーの自動販売機で水が比較的安く買えた。

フィレンツェ・サンタ・マリア・ノヴェッラ駅から遠い。歩いて20分以上かかる。
スリッパが無かった。

La stanza ha rispettato le aspettative. Ben riscaldata, pulita, letto comodo, spazio sufficiente per due persone, frigorifero piccolo a disposizione. Bene anche il bagno, doccia nuova e comoda, sono forniti sapone e bagnoschiuma.
Vogliamo sottolineare la gentilezza del personale incontrato per check-in, check-out e colazione. La colazione è a buffet nel bar/ristorante attiguo all'albergo; le bevande calde (caffè, cappuccino, eccetera) sono su ordinazione, non con distributori automatici (cosa molto gradita!). Buona qualità e opzioni dolci e salate. Ci sono alcune opzioni anche senza glutine (prodotti confezionati) e per intolleranza al lattosio.
Vista anche la vicinanza al centro (piazza San Marco e Accademia a cinque minuti a piedi), il rapporto qualità prezzo ci ha soddisfatto.
