Had a great stay at this hotel. Breakfast was great with a good selection of good

Hotel tem potencial, mas falta cuidado.
Pros:

A localização do Hotel é muito boa. S recepção da Sofia no hall foi bem legal, ela é muito cuidadosa. As comidas do restaurante são bem saborosas (apesar de ser pouca quantidade).

Cons:

O banheiro do Hotel é bem antigo e ruim, o chuveiro estava vazando. O quarto cheirava mal por conta do banheiro. Não limparam meu quarto 2 dias dos 6 que fiquei hospedado. Não eram todos, mas tinham funcionários mal educados no hotel/restaurante. O hotel não tem espaço para convivio interno. O café da manhã não mudava nada durante os dias, e não era muito variado. Hotel deveria ter local para encher água (afinal, e água! Deixa para cobrar em todo o resto).

Solo la posizione.

Cons:

Non c'è il bidet e per un 4 stelle è grave. Disorganizzazione e rapporti strani tra la reception e il ristorante. Prenoti alla reception e il ristorante non lo sa. Tra l'altro chiude alle 22, 30 ma già dalle 22 iniziano a prepararsi. Personale molto ansioso. Mi spiace ma credo che i manager non siano all'altezza non i dipendenti che sono invece volenterosi.⁸

Insatisfait même juste pour une nuit!
Pros:

L’emplacement géographique.

Cons:

L’odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre de bain et la chambre au complet ainsi que l’espace très restreinte pour le prix à débourser même si nous y étions seulement pour une nuit.

Fabulous hotel, will definitely return.
Pros:

Amazing hotel , fabulous room overlooking Rossio Square. The staff went above and beyond to make our daughter’s 21st birthday memorable , they even left a bottle of fizz and a lovely chocolate dessert . Beautiful large spotlessly clean room, modern bathroom , fluffy white towels , great location. A special thank you to Gerson on reception for all the great advice on things to see and also for being such a nice guy

Pros:

En fantastisk restaurang hörde till hotellet. Just då hade vi tur med 50% rabatt på maten.
Maten var otroligt god och vällagad.

Viibimise ajal tekkis ebameeldiv olukord, kus hotelli töötaja koputas meie toa uksele ning sisenes seejärel tuppa, kuigi me ei vastanud.
Meil ei olnud küll “Do Not Disturb” silti ukse peal, kuid samas ei tutvustanud töötaja end enne sisenemist ega oodanud luba. Samuti ei olnud tegemist checkout ajaga ega olnud meid teavitatud ühestki kontrollist.
Olukord tekitas ebamugavust ning ootaksime, et hotell järgiks külaliste privaatsust ning ei siseneks tuppa ilma selge loata.

Soovitame hotellil pöörata sellele edaspidi rohkem tähelepanu.
