Room was well equipped, bed was comfortable, good bathroom with walk-in shower. Breakfast buffet was excellent and you can order omelets or other egg dishes. The hotel restaurant, Bastardos, served very well-cooked food but the menu is limited. Staff were extremely helpful.
Hard to find a spare power outlet without unplugging something, found one in the window alcove. Housekeeping was hit and miss - one day no hand towels were left and another the bed was not made.
Central location, great 1-time discount on the restaurant, friendly staff, comfortable rooms
Lower levels have bright street lights outside and the curtains aren’t blackout

Lovely hotel, staff and restaurant. Great location.
I loved that the hotel was centrally located which made it easy to take a boat ride, train, or tuktuk ride around. Also, we arrived early and staff was kind enough to hold our luggages until our room was available. I would recommend if you are exploring Lisbon and would not like to walk much to get from one place to another.
While the staff was friendly, on check out they stated that I owed them for the mini bar which I did not use. I guess it was a miscommunication because I had opted out of room service since we were only there for 2 nights and had been bringing in my own water and sodas.
We thougt the staff were excellent. Pedro and Ines on reception were in particular very helpful and friendlyl in lots of ways.
The hotel was in a great location and we used the restaurant and found the food good. Great breakfast.
Location was very central with many restaurants/bars located very close by. Staff were pleasant and the room was comfortable.
Room did get lots of street noise at night - street view room. If you want a quieter room, choose another.
