Awesome family stay and highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful with any concerns. Beds very comfortable and lots of room for 6 people to visit. Location close to attractions and restaurants.

Cons:

Glasses in bathroom weren’t always replaced. When I reported to front desk that battery was dead in safe he told me there was no problem with the safe in that room- he would show me how to use it later. Never showed up and the battery was dead. Different staff member fixed it the next day.

La zona en la que está y el desayuno, Pedro en recepción nos gustó mucho

Se entra a las 15h y se sale a las 12, llegamos el primer día sobre las 11:30, bien, no estaban las habitaciones y nos fuimos de paseo; volvimos a las 15:05 y nos hicieron esperar hasta las 15:45, no entendí que dejando las habitaciones a las 12 no estén preparadas y menos hacernos esperar tanto. No están insonorizadas las ventanas y se escuchaba todo lo de las calles, el baño parecía nuevo dentro de lo viejo que es ese hotel pero el lavamanos era redondo con el grifo al centro y no podías lavarte la cara sin que se saliera el agua, goteaba también mucho y la ducha igual, una pena porque se perdía mucha agua, aunque no hacía ruido al caer

We enjoyed our stay. Very good hotel.
Pros:

Central location. Spacious room. Would definitely stay again. A nice touch to give a complimentary glass of Port.

Cons:

Traffic noise a bit much but our room was on the road side. No fresh milk for coffee, only pods of milk.

Os funcionários são maravilhosos..atenciosos e prestativos. Simpáticos e educados. O restaurante muito bom e a parceria com o hotel nas refeições é perfeita. A localização é a melhor de Lisboa!!!!

Pros:

Hotel bellissimo, centralissimo, fermata della metro Rossio di fronte. Camere pulitissime e molto belle, super coccola per noi italiani la macchinetta del caffe in camera!
Colazione varia e abbondante sia di dolce sia di salato!

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien situado, en el centro historico. El desayuno muy bueno con posibilidad de pedir huevos y tortillas a la carta, el restaurante para cenar muy bueno, sobretodo el sushi y con descuento del 50% por ser clientes del hotel. La habitación superior con vistas a la calle en la que nos alojamos es de muy buen tamaño y comoda, buena cama, buena ducha, armarios comodos...
El primer dia te dejan pasteles de nata en la habitacion. El personal muy amable, te ayudan con las maletas al llegar, te dan un plano y te orientan con las visitas a la ciudad.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien, quiza podria decir que la recepción es un poco pequeña y el ascensor un poco lento, pero no evitará que recomiende el este hotel
