Unser Aufenthalt im International Design Hotel in Lissabon war rundum hervorragend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Standort ist perfekt – zentral gelegen und ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, frisch und extrem lecker – für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei.
Ich habe mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit sehr gerne wieder zurückgehen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I have just spent 3 nights here and I cannot fault this hotel.Very reasonably priced in a very central location in Lisbon.
The rooms were spotless and the shower was particularly good.
We will be staying back at the hotel when we are next in Lisbon.
Estadia curta, mas impecável. Atendimento excepcional desde a chegada, com ajuda imediata com as malas. Quarto confortável e muito limpo, cama excelente e banheiro impecável. Jantamos no quarto pelo restaurante do hotel e a comida estava perfeita, assim como o café da manhã, com muita variedade. Mesmo sendo apenas de passagem, foi uma experiência maravilhosa e com certeza nos hospedaríamos novamente.

Firstly the good, and most of it is. Pretty much all that has been said before is correct. Excellent location, excellent staff, great breakfast and efficient cleaning, what more could you want?
Well…
We stayed for a week in what was described as a standard room. It was on the third floor and had views into both adjacent squares and the second biggest Zara in the world (The locals seem quite excited about that and many hit you with that fact).
The room in short was tiny. We had two cases with us, one sat on the case rack at the side of the bed but we couldn’t figure out where the second should go. Eventually we moved the chair from the desk at the window and jammed it under the desk. That left the chair to locate, we never successfully sorted that and eventually just got used to banging our legs on it as we struggled past.
The wardrobe inexplicably was no use for hanging clothes as the safe was positioned in such a way as to prevent anything hanging freely.
I assumed all the standard rooms were like that and got on with it, leg bruises and claustrophobic feelings accepted.
As we checked out in the last day I saw into the room next door. It didn’t seem hugely bigger but bigger it was and better laid out. It would have been much much better.
I didn’t see anyone else at breakfast each day who was there for as long as us so in hindsight am disappointed that we suffered for long and our length of stay wasn’t considered.
