Pros:

Localização, atenção dos funcionários, café da manhã, limpeza e conforto.

Cons:

O apartamento ficava entre e andares, então tinha que subir ou descer escada para pegar o elevador. No check-out não tinha funcionando para ajudar com as malas na escada.

Perfekte Lage, tolles Frühstück und viel Charme. Nur das Bad braucht etwas Liebe.
Pros:

Super zentral gelegen mitten in Lissabon und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Sobald die gut isolierenden Fenster geschlossen waren, hat man vom Trubel der Stadt kaum noch etwas mitbekommen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte ausgezeichnet, was den Aufenthalt gerade an warmen Tagen sehr angenehm gemacht hat.
Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die öffentlichen Bereiche wie Flur und Aufenthaltsraum waren schön gestaltet und wirkten modern und einladend.
Besonders positiv ist uns die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams aufgefallen. Extrawünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Ein Wasserkocher fürs Zimmer wurde beispielsweise umgehend bereitgestellt.
Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls überzeugt. Omeletts wurden frisch zubereitet, dazu gab es eine gute Auswahl an Säften und sogar Sekt. Der Kaffeeautomat war hervorragend und bot viele verschiedene Variationen.
Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmes Hotel mit toller Lage, freundlichem Service und viel Liebe zum Detail.

Cons:

Das Bad wirkte leider deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und passte nicht ganz zum ansonsten modernen Eindruck des Zimmers. Es machte insgesamt keinen besonders frischen Eindruck. Zudem gab es eine Badewanne mit Einstiegdusche, was gerade für bewegungseingeschränkte Menschen ziemlich unpraktisch und anstrengend sein dürfte.
Trotz laufendem Lüfter war es im Bad häufig feucht, teilweise sammelte sich sogar etwas Wasser auf dem Boden. Hier wäre eine Renovierung aus unserer Sicht sinnvoll.

Pros:

Hotellet hade ett väldigt bra och centralt läge med nära tillgång till restauranger, sevärdheter, kollektivtrafik och det mesta en turist kan behöva. Det gjorde vistelsen både smidig och bekväm.

Frukosten var helt okej – inte något extra utöver det vanliga men absolut tillräcklig. Ett trevligt plus var att hotellet bjöd på välkomstdrinkar och pastel de nata vid ankomst, vilket gav ett fint första intryck.

Överlag en bra vistelse, framför allt tack vare läget och den trevliga servicen.

Cons:

Majoriteten av personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam, men tyvärr påverkades vår upplevelse negativt av en situation i receptionen. Vi bad om hjälp att beställa en Uber och dubbelkollade både upphämtningsadress och destination tillsammans med personalen. Trots det råkade fel adress skrivas in i appen, vilket ledde till att pengar drogs från kontot utan återbetalning.

När vi senare vänligt påpekade att det hade varit bra om personalen var mer uppmärksam i sådana situationer, eftersom turister ofta förlitar sig på receptionens hjälp, blev bemötandet tyvärr mycket oprofessionellt. En annan receptionist som inte varit involverad i situationen lade sig i diskussionen, avbröt oss och insisterade på att allt ansvar låg på oss som gäster istället för att försöka förstå situationen eller hjälpa till att hitta en lösning. Situationen eskalerade dessutom till att hon började höja rösten och skrika på oss i receptionen framför andra gäster, vilket kändes väldigt obehagligt och oprofessionellt.

När vi bad henne kontakta sin manager för att hantera situationen svarade hon att hon själv var ”managerns högra hand”. Händelsen inträffade den 21 april 2026 omkring kl. 16:00, så det bör vara enkelt för hotellet att identifiera vem som arbetade under det skiftet och följa upp händelsen internt.

Detta blev tyvärr den enda negativa delen av vistelsen, eftersom resten av personalen var vänlig och hotellets läge var väldigt bra. Överlag hade vi ändå en bra vistelse tack vare läget och den övriga servicen.

Very pleased we chose this hotel and we would definitely go back
Pros:

Location was amazing, it was very easy to get to /from airport and also easy to travel around Lisbon. Breakfast offered a variety of options, all very nice and staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and and the view from the balcony was very nice.

We would stay here again and recommend it to others.
Pros:

The location made walking around Lisbon very easy. The room was clean and tidy with a lovely shower, exactly what we needed after a busy day out sightseeing. Breakfast had exceptional variety and fresh, delicious food.

Cons:

It was unfortunate that the elevator kept going out of service--almost 50% of the time. Glad it was working the day we arrived, and felt sorry for people arriving and needing to access the 4th floor.

Nice property and location, but only one elevator.
Pros:

Great location and very friendly staff.

Cons:

The only elevator broke and it was not fixed during our 3 day stay, the staff was apologetic but it’s a problem for elderly guests who to access their room have to climb multiple stairs.

Pros:

Localização perfeita ao lado da rua principal a Augusta que dá pra Praça do Comércio onde tem as lojas e muitos restaurantes. Fica bem perto de muitas atrações que conseguimos fazer muita coisa andando . Tem restaurante em baixo especializado em frutos do mar muito bom também! Gostamos muito!

Cons:

Quando chegamos tinha algumas moscas no quarto, mas acredito que tenha sido na limpeza que devem ter deixado a varanda aberta pra limpar! Mas nada que desabone a estadia , pois foi resolvido logo logo !

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein.
Der Speisseraum unschlagbar mit den großen Fenstern mit Blick in die Straße um das treiben zu beobachten...
Das Frühstücksangebot bietet alles was man sich wünscht,sogar Sekt.
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit!
