Great location
Bed was a bit uncomfortable
Comfortable beds and pillows. Black out blinds worked really well. First time I've stayed in a hotel without light streaming through a gap in the curtains.
Room was hot and stuffy. We could only turn the temp down to 17deg which was much too hot for sleeping.
Location was close to an event we were attending & the Breakfast was delicious & the staff were exceptional.
Dirty Fluffy vent is the bathroom & that in the fridge the water jug was not able to be put in the side of the fridge door, as the shelve guard was missing.

I love that it was so close to the city without being right in the center
Unfortunately the bathroom floor was not 100% cleaned and hair on the floor in the shower

location is great for southbank access. parking is very convenient.
I would always ask for a room much further away from the lifts next time, far too noisy.
And there was only 1 person serving at the reception counter check-in with a line of 6 people waiting to check-in. We waiting at least 20minutes or more to check in!

Good room, great location right on southbank but away from traffic and nightlife noise. Would have liked to be able to get some fresh air from opening window, but I appreciate why that was not possible.Aircon worked well.This is a really good ,well placed, well priced hotel.
Better supply of hot water in shower and some bowls for breaks.

Location was perfect for our trip right on South bank promenade easy 5 min walk to Flinders station and tram stops . Good selection of breakfast foods and always keeping well stocked up. Great view out our window over Yarra river and Southbank promenade looking over to Flinders Station.
Bathroom was a bit dated which is only minor and can be fixed not a major as it was functional .
Would be nice to have a court yard or somewhere outside to sit for a drink or to get some fresh air without having to leave the establishment even though there are plenty of bars around with out door areas after a busy day exploring this great city its nice to sit outside and relax rather than be stuck in a stuffy air conditioned room if you staying more than a few nights.

Very close to the river an vibrant restaurant precinct and a short walk to the Sidney Myer Music Bowl where I was seeing a concert
Two tiny lifts so it took ages to get to our room when as there was a group booking and a bus full of people - took twenty minutes to get into the lift.
