The airconditioner was not working. We were offered to change the room but because it was late in the evening we chose not to.

Overall a great experience
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and covered dietary requirements. Bed was so comfy. Room clean and comfortable

Cons:

Check in again was an issue. Tried to go through machine and kept indicating that it was unable to check us in. Staff member kept telling us to use the machine

lovely
Pros:

we always like to stay here, i booked 2 rooms this stay. the staff are always friendly and helpful rooms are clean great location.

Cons:

breakfast options ie: croissants etc would be nice it was a bit busy sunday morning our party of 4 were wanting a coffee and some a light breakfast , nothing was available for us and no ice to have an iced latte only minor issues but worth noting
