Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Definitely using Mercure from now on business trips.

Cons:

On Booking.com it states that it is 200 metres to/from the Arts Centre. I booked Mercure for easy access because of a knee problem - it is definitely more than 200 metres and this needs to be corrected on Booking.com's website. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our very shrort stay at Mercure.

Pros:

Comfortable basic room. Breakfast was good

Cons:

The noise in hotel. Doors banging very loudly. Air con not fantastic, could not be in the room during the day it got too hot

Bathroom needs abit of updating, the tv needs to offer netflix for the price of almost $500 per night, room service would have been a better option than gping downstair to collect it oursleves

Pros:

Everything all good except we didn’t have the smaller shower head that comes off the handle. Cushions were a bit too soft for me otherwise bed was very comfortable room was good for a stand room
