Important information:

The credit card used to make the reservation must be in the name of the person who will be staying at the establishment. In case of reservations made by a third party, an authorization form must be completed and a copy of the credit card and the identity card of the cardholder must be presented.

The hotel check all credit cards in order to know if they are valids or not. The system charges 30€ and refund immediatley.

Only 1 dog or cat weighing a maximum of 20 kg per room is allowed on request. This service is subject to a supplement of EUR 22 per night per pet. In addition, a deposit of EUR 200 is required.

Reservations of more than 4 rooms or more than 8 nights are subject to special conditions and supplements.

Access to the spa is limited, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No access to the spa for children under 16 years of age. Price: 15€ . Advance reservations are required. Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful from the receptionists, restaurant staff and Sabrina in the spa. There's alot to choose from at breakfast also which was good.

Cons:

The location was a bit far from centre but the metro takes you there in like half hour so wasn't too bad if you don't mind a little walk to the station.

Good location & very clean hotel but very small room
Pros:

The room was tiny, smaller than expected.
The hotel was very clean and looked brand new.
Although small, the room was clean.
The staff were very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the egg station.

Would not recommend this hotel.
Cons:

Isolated and in the middle of an Industrial complex. Surrounded by 12 car delerships on one side and a mall on the other,
In the middle of nowhere and expensive round trip cab rides to get anywhere. Triple room was never meant to be a triple. Beds moved and two of the beds had dangerously low (1 foot) wall lamp fixtures directly over the pillow. I severely cut my head on the lamp above my pillow as I sat up.

Excelente trato, cómodo y confortable
Pros:

El desayuno es siempre muy completo. La atención del personal en general muy buena y de excelnte trato. Dispuestos a atender nuestras observaciones y solicitudes prontamente. La habitación y baño muy confortables.

Cons:

Solo un comentario respecto de la temperatura del cuarto. No pudimos bajar la temperatura a un nivel más bajo por lo que en momentos se sentía un poco caluroso.

La posizione buona zona tranquilla.

Non corrisponde a una struttura a 4⭐️. Forse 20 anni fa si. Degrado totale. Me la prenotazione ho specificato parcheggio e colazione compresa in vece ho dovuto pagare il parcheggio 20€ a notte. A la mia domanda per che mi hanno risposto che Booking mi doveva avvisare??? Ho scelto questa struttura per la SPA che dovevo pagare a parte (di solito è compresa nel prezzo). A le mie domande di chiarimenti mi hanno detto che posso cambiare Hotel se non mi piace. Ultimamente le prenotazioni con Booking non portano dei risultati che mi aspetto !!! Proverò a cercare un altro sito.
