An absolute gem of a hotel with unbeatable location, exceptionally helpful staff like Mehmet and Erfan, and a spectacula

Exceptional stay at an incredible location!
We had a fantastic time at the Best Western Empire Palace in Sirkeci. Our room for four was beautifully decorated in a cozy Ottoman style and felt like a warm retreat after a day of exploring. A special thanks to Mehmet and Erfan, along with the rest of the staff, who went above and beyond, being incredibly helpful in all aspects and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable, right next to the metro and tram stations, and within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. We also loved the amazing breakfast buffet! There was a great variety of food, and it was wonderful that they added fresh, new options to the menu every single day. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

Irfan, the front desk manager, was very helpful with check-ins and anything else during my stay.. Location was great, the food down stairs was easy to get to, and your next to the park and city tram.

Está muy bien ubicado ya que puedes visitar algunos lugares caminando. Además, está ubicado es una zona donde hay restaurantes, una estación de tranvía y tiendas.

イスタンブールを肌で感じるホテル。
Pros:

大変便利な場所にあります。ブルーモスクやアヤソフィア、グランドバザール、エジプシャンバザールも徒歩圏内。近くにあるギュルハーネ公園も広くてホッとできるので賑やかな立地ではありますがいろいろ楽しめました！
