Excelente Localização! Tudo perfeito!
Pros:

Principalmente, gostamos da localização. Perto de todos os principais pontos turísticos de Istambul e ainda tinha a Linha 1 do Tram que passava bem na porta. Perfeito. Além disso, a equipe do hotel é extremamente simpática, prestativa, nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. Parabéns para o Sr. Iphan e sua equipe. Outro ponto bom foi ter um restaurante bem ao lado. Muito bom!

Cons:

Gostamos de tudo. O café da manhã era excelente mas poderia melhorar com um pouco mais de frutas. De qualquer forma, atendeu bem nossas expectativas.

Localização fantástica! Pessoas super atenciosas!
Pros:

O que mais gostamos foi a localização. Perto de todas as principais atrações de Istambul e ainda com o tram passando bem em frente do hotel. Outra coisa bacana foi a equipe de funcionários, liderados pelo Sr. Iphan. Sempre solícitos, atenciosos, nos ajudando demais com as malas e tudo o mais.

Cons:

Gostamos de tudo. O Café da manhã poderia incluir algumas frutas. Mas sei que é questão de hábito das pessoas por lá. De qualquer modo, o café da manhã era farto e atendeu as expectativas.

Highly recommended and value to money
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The front desk managers, Saleem and Irfan, were outstanding—extremely helpful, courteous, and professional throughout our stay. The location is excellent as well: very convenient, centrally located, and within easy access to shops, restaurants, tourist attractions and public transport stations. Highly recommended.

Cons:

The breakfast menu is good but it needs to update on daily basis to offer more variety of food to the guests who are staying for long period.

Pros:

El alojamiento tiene una excelente ubicación y el personal es muy servicial, habitaciones correctas

Cons:

El desayuno no fue de nuestro agrado. No comimos prácticamente nada ningún día. Se oye la calle principal con el tranvía por no hablar de los cantos sagrados que es imposible no levantarse a las 6:30h

L'hôtel est très bien situé à proximité des transports en commun et des principales choses à voir. Le personnel est sympathique et nous a bien aidés lors de notre séjour. Un restaurant est attenant à l'hôtel et c'est très pratique.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées et le bruit de la rue et des autres voyageurs est dérangeant. D'ailleurs, nous avons demandé une autre chambre que celle attribuée au départ.

Lo mejor: el emplazamiento en pleno centro, cerca de las principales atracciones y accesibles a pie.
Pros:

Lo mejor es el emplazamiento, en pleno centro, cerca de todo. Estuvimos 5 días y no necesitamos tomar ni taxi ni transporte público, todo está accesible a pie.

The staff was the best part of it, Mehmet especially is a very kind and welcoming person. The food was very good and the room beautiful and clean. I'm in love with the rose jam!

Cons:

I wished they also offered toothbrush and toothpaste. It's possible to buy them close to the hotel tho
