Kedves, segítőkész személyzet!
Pros:

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész személyzet. Minden problémánkat igyekeztek a legjobban megoldani. Hálásak vagyunk a segítségükért.
Egyszer már voltunk itt, de még visszatérünk!

Cons:

A szomszéd szálloda felújítása jó lenne ha már befejeződhetne, az éjszakai anyag szállítás zavaró.

Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable. Desayuno muy bueno y variado. Atención de memet y de irfan inmejorables. Y harum es muy servicial y atento a todo. Vino a buscarnos donde nos dejo el transfer cargo con nuestras maletas. La atención muy muy buena. La habitación grande, cama muy cómoda y todo muy muy limpio.

Cons:

La insonorización de las habitaciones se oye mucho la calle, el tranvía pasar cada 10’. La musica del bar de debajo y a la gente hasta la 1h de la mañana. Deberían mejorar la insonorización del hotel.

Pros:

The staff is great and helpful, especially Irfan. The position of the hotel is in the middle of all sites you have to see in Old city.
All can be done by walking, very safe and convenient.
All recommendations!

잘머물고갑니다. 관광지 가깝고 어디를 가기원하든지 쉽게 연결됩니다. 이스탄불에서는 이곳 강추합니다..

Für Sightseeing top Hotel, einfach mittendrin
Pros:

Fussläufig zu Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten (Hagia Sofia, Cisterna Basilika, Blaue Moschee, Gülhane Park, Topikapi Palast...). In der "Altstadt" deswegen mit Auto schwer zu erreichen, aber öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nur wenige Meter entfernt. Preis-Leistung top, Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit. Betten sindklasse, Zimmer schön groß.

Cons:

W-lan hängt öfter, Fenster sind wenig schallisoliert.

관광지와 가까웠고 안전했습니다. 직원분들 친절했습니다.
아침식사는 나쁜건 아니였지만 다른 호텔에 비해서 좀 아쉬웠어요 .( 에페수스나 카파도키아등)
그래도 가격대비 만족도 높았고 추천합니다!

Nice stay to the venue
Pros:

Friendly , smiling and helpful staff .
Delicious breakfast .
I have used the sauna and it was great .
Every information that I need has been provided by the staff right away .
I'd also like to thank you for the airport transfer arrangment to the check out and to the girl attitude who guided me to the van transfer . I have insisted to carry on my small luggage but she said no I 'll do it (my regards and appreciation to her) .
The hotel is placed in the attractions area and very close to the main restaurants .
For going to Istiklar street a tram station is in a walking distance and 3 stops away .
I do strongly recommend the venue

Cons:

A little noise from the works in the nearby but this is not the hotel fault .

Центр города. Всё рядом.

Cons:

Номера в отеле сильно уставшие и требуют ремонта. К сожалению, впечатление окончательно испортил завтрак: по шведскому столу бегал таракан, после чего аппетит пропал сразу.

Wi-Fi практически не работал на протяжении всего проживания.

Отдельно удивило, что при выезде, когда я ждал такси, сотрудники отеля настойчиво просили оставить хороший отзыв на Booking. Создается впечатление, что именно поэтому у отеля такие высокие оценки, которые, к сожалению, не соответствуют реальному состоянию.
