Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang. Kein Warten. Alles zügig und leichtgängig. Ich konnte sogar schon etwas früher einchecken. Gut funktionierende Heizung!!! Individuell regulierbar. Ich bin schon sehr oft in diesem Hotel gewesen; ich finde dort alles so vor wie ich es brauche und komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

Es muss halt eine lange Treppenflucht bewältigt werden, bevor man den Fahrstuhl erreicht. Je nachdem, ob ich schweres Gepäck dabei habe, kann das eine Herausforderung sein. Das Fernsehen ist nicht gut eingestellt, manche gängigen Programme gibt es nicht und andere muss man in hohen Zahlenregionen (nach vielen Leernummern) suchen.

Spontan für ein Wochenende in HH
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt für alle, die zum Sightseeing oder auch beruflich in der Stadt. Manche Ausstattungsdetails haben einen gewissen "Charme", aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top.
Ich komme gerne wieder.

Номер чистый, уютный. Персонал приветливый

Cons:

Сам отель довольно таки "уставший". За порог отеля выйти страшно. Ввиду близости к вокзалу контингент антисоциальный.

Ich verlange Kompensation, also eine Überarbeitung der Berechnung und entsprechende Rückzahlung.
Cons:

- Das gebuchte Frühstücksbuffet fiel für zwei Tage aus. Was stattdessen serviert wurde, war dürftiger als das Frühstück in einem Provinzkrankenhaus, das kurz vor dem Bankrott steht.
- Die ganze Nacht schreien Menschen auf der Straße rum.
- zur letzten Übernachtung musste ich - angeblich wegen eines plötzlichen Wasserschadens - aus meinem Hotelzimmer raus und wurde in einem Zimmer nahe der Rezeption verlegt. Nur zufällig war ich am Abend noch mal ins Hotel gekommen, sonst hätte der Umzug mitten in der Nacht erfolgen müssen. Dur den gezwungenen Umzug konnte ich den reservierten Tisch im Restaurant nicht mehr bekommen und musste mir am späten Abend noch eine schlechte Imbissbude suchen, um satt zu werden.
- da das neue Zimmer an der Rezeption lag, wurde ich schon sehr früh am Morgen durch das Stimmengewirr dort geweckt und musste übermüdet einen langen Rückreisetag erleiden.

Proche et abordable
Pros:

Accès à 5min à pied de la gare centrale de Hambourg (Hamburg HBF).
Chambre 53 spacieuse, tout à fait correcte pour un séjour de 2 nuits (22 au 24 jan. 2026)
Chambre et salle de bain bien chauffées.
Petit déjeuner à 14,90€ très copieux , personnel attentionné..
Nombreux restaurants traditionnels à moins de 10min à pied. Restos "fast food" à proximité immédiate de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Bruits et vibrations dans l'hôtel , aux 4e et 5e étages, comme si un lave linge essorait en permanence. Ne m'a pas empêché de dormir.
