Pros:

Zentrale Lage zum ZOB und Hauptbahnhof.Sehr freundliches Personal,Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist okay Umgebungen multikulti,viele bunte Geschäfte mit orientalischen Einschlag.

В следующий раз однозначно не выбиру этот отель, только из за того что поднимать и спускать чемоданы ужасно неудобно

Pros:

Месторасположение рядом с вокзалом что очень удобно! Но отель находится на втором этаже где нет лифта ,что неудобно с чемоданами . Пришлось тащить по оочень неудобным лестницам то вверх то вниз

Все нормально, но еще раз повторюсь, что подьем по лестнице впечатления испортил даже не заселяять в номер

Ужасный подьем по лестнице на 2- ой этаж с чемоданами, так же и спуск. Очень крутые лестницы, почему то лифт со второго этажа

На ночь пойдет, но имейте ввиду что до второго этажа свои чемоданы будете тащить на себе

Jederzeit wieder insbesondere wegen der Nähe zu ÖPNV.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Haupt-Bahnhof/Busbahnhof an einer belebten Straße und damit optimal für einen Hamburg-Besuch. Das Zimmer war für einen Wochenend-Aufenthalt ausreichend groß und ausreichend möbliert. Mit der Lage zum Hinterhof war der Straßenlärm nicht zu hören. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Inneneinrichtung (Teppich, Teile der Badeinrichtung etc.) erschien teilweise recht alt/abgewohnt. Das Frühstück war für den Preis gerade noch so o.k.. Das Publikum auf der Straße vor dem Hotel ist zeitweise "gewöhnungsbedürftig" (auf der Straße lagernde/kauernde Menschen, Bettelei).

Pros:

Nah am Bahnhof gut..

Cons:

Samstag Abend Krach und dreck auf der Straße. Obwohl heiß, konnte man das Fenster nicht offen lassen. Zimmer zur Strasse nicht zu empfehlen.

Es war sauber im Zimmer und das Bett war okay

Cons:

Der Treppenaufgang braucht dringend neuen Teppichboden wirkt sehr heruntergekommen. Für die Qualität war das Zimmer ca 20 Prozent zu teuer.

Für eine Nacht prima
Pros:

Es war sauber und daas Personal war nett. In dem Zimmer zur Rückseite des Gebäudes war es sehr ruhig. Der Schlafbereich war gut ausgestattet und bequem. Der Bahnhof ist sehr schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Bad ist sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Es könnte ein bisschen ausgebessert/renoviert werden.

Trotz Manko Aufzug werde ich nochmal kommen
Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel und ich war super zufrieden, Personal sehr zuvorkommend auch als Leute die dort Gast werden wollten unhöflich wurden.
Personal gab sogar Auskünfte zu Orten wonach man fragte, wenn sie diese kannten.
Wenn nicht haben sie nachgeschaut.
Wenn ich in Hamburg bin komme ich sehr gerne wieder.
Manche Dinge leiden schon an Schwäche aber habe Bescheid gesagt, Personal fragte direkt ob es sofort ausgetauscht oder gemacht werden muss.
So etwas habe ich in keinem Hotel bisher erlebt.

Cons:

Die Leute die immer genau vor dem Eingang standen und das kein Aufzug vorhanden war.
