Categories

Cleanliness
6.4
Mixed but leaning negative: multiple guests reported serious cleanliness issues (cockroach, hair on sheets, filthy carpets, unclean bathrooms and dirty coffee pot), though some reviews also described rooms as clean.
Service
9.5
Generally praised—staff described as friendly and helpful (assisting late arrivals, welcoming). A few reports of indifferent front-desk behavior and one instance of staff not acting on a pest report.
Location
9
Consistently positive: convenient, close to center/highway, quiet and safe with ample parking and nearby services.
Room Quality
7.3
Mixed: several guests enjoyed spacious, comfortable rooms (some with two rooms/kitchenette), but multiple comments noted outdated bathrooms, worn furniture, noisy AC and tub issues.
Amenities
8.5
Breakfast and social events were appreciated; however, some amenities had issues (broken waffle maker, small/warm pool, kitchenette lacked cookware).
Value for Money
8.2
Mostly positive value perception for many guests, though a few felt the condition of rooms did not fully justify the price.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Breakfast generally receives high marks (staff and breakfast bar praised), with occasional notes about limited variety and a faulty waffle maker.
Overall Experience
9.5
Overall positive experience for many guests (comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly staff), tempered by notable cleanliness and room-condition complaints for some stays.

Overall, the experiences pretty reasonable.
Pros:

I like that I had a Wednesday night social meeting With food and drinks. And breakfast was also good.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had a fight with a big 2 inch cockroach in our room. My wife got hurt, trying to catch and kill it. We reported it the next day to the front counter, but they didn’t seem too concerned about it.

Comfortable hotel, but very outdated rooms and bathrooms.
Pros:

The breakfast was just okay. I think the hotel could offer more food options and a better variety. Overall, it was average.

Cons:

The hotel itself is comfortable, and the location is convenient. However, the rooms are very outdated, especially the bathrooms. The bathroom, bathtub, closet, and furniture all looked old and worn, with visible stains and rust. Everything was clean, but the overall condition was very unpleasant to look at and definitely needs to be updated.
Also, the sheets on the sofa bed were not clean. When we used the sofa, we found hair on the sheets, which was very unpleasant and honestly quite disgusting. Overall, the room and especially the bathroom left a lot to be desired.

Way below average, even for a budget location. Most hotels at a comparable price are much cleaner.
Pros:

Location was convenient

Cons:

Everything was filthy, everywhere. Our room had stuff everywhere; the carpet was filthy and the bathroom was not cleaned.

Alright stay, but not great.
Pros:

Overall clean
Breakfast bar and breakfast staff was top notch.
They made the morning great again!!
Room had a nice lay out even has 2 tvs impressive
Built in an out of the way spot very secluded ample parking with security driving around all night and a circle K across the main street

Cons:

Front staff seemed like they didnt want to be there or very helpful.
Room had dirty coffee pot still full ,dirty silverware in sink.
No pots or pans to use in kitchenette and staff had no idea about any🤷‍♂️
This is a preference thing but pool water was pretty warm we personally like it cool
Pool was in weird spot and funny depth shallow to deep to shallow and small pool area
For the price there has to be better in the area

Cons:

Beim Frühstück ist meist Verbesserungsbedarf.
